You will need:

For dough:

You can take ready-made shortbread dough. Or make it yourself:

- flour - 250 gr;

- salt - pinch;

- butter cream - 125 grams;

- Sugar - 60 grams;

- Egg - 1 pc;

- Ice water 1-2 spoons;

- Zestra 1 Lemon

For cream:

- Almonds (purified) or almond flour - 120 grams;

- sugar powder - 100 gr;

- butter (room temperature) - 100 grams;

- Egg - 2 pcs;

- Apple - 1 pc.

Strongly chilled oil to rub on the grater and lay out on the flour (better cool the oil in the freezer), hand over with the flour before getting small crumbs. Put the lemon zest. Add cold water over a spoon, quickly knead the dough and form the ball. Wrap it in the food film and put at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Heat the oven in advance to 180 degrees. Distribution dough in a round shape with sides, make a 3-4 cm sided test and scab the dough at the bottom of the fork form. Put in the oven for 10 minutes.

Make a cream: mixer whipping oil with powdered sugar, add almond flour or mounted almonds, eggs and beat before getting a cream. When the cream is ready, cut 1 large apple.

Remove the base from the oven. Put the pieces of apple, on top of cream and bake another 40 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar powder. You can serve to the table and warm and cold.
