The famous restaurant of Arkady Novikov in this television season tried himself as the lead program "Masterchef" on the CTC channel. Together with colleagues Alexander Sorokin and Mirko Dzag, he acts as a strict judge in the television culinary competition, whose participants are fighting for a cash prize and training in one of the best culinary schools in the world. What is in the new role, Womanhit found out at Arkady himself.
- Arkady, during the time that the program exists, you already understood how men and women show themselves, standing by the slab?
- Every time they show themselves in different ways. For example, in the Conduct Competition, we expected the men better, but the girls turned out to be stronger. It happened and vice versa. Sometimes the love of high cooking prevents all participants, they are a little flown.
- What contests seemed to you the most interesting?
- I really liked the exit competition in the village, where the participants were preparing food on the fire. It was amazing. Teams were supposed to make a cow, skip potatoes, someone managed to even find mushrooms in the forest. During this test, we ate the most delicious dish on this show - roll from the rabbit.
- What is the contest for the participants the most difficult?
- It was interesting to look like participants bake pancakes. Almost no one coped with this task. None of the pancakes did not get tasty, although it would seem, such a simple dish. But this is normal: often professional cooks cannot elementary to fry potatoes or bake pancakes. Many of our participants are wonderful prepare high kitchen dishes. And on the simplest recipes - get cold.
- Can you delicious cook potatoes and fry pancakes?
"I love potatoes and I can cook it, and I have a good pancakes." I am in this profession thirty years old, I can not see sin. In general, I'm preparing at home from time to time. For example, I will gladly cook mushroom soup - it turns out that it works. Tomatoes are delicious saline.
- In one of the issues of the "mastershef", the teams were fed hungry bikers ...
- That was interesting. Commands got a task to prepare for bikers hamburgers. In principle, all participants coped with the task. Someone has a more Soviet approach, someone has American. What is interesting, the opinions of the members of the jury were divided. But they were important not so much with Mirko and Alexander assessment, how much the opinion of the bikers themselves, they chose the winner. It would be nice if the bikers were even more, and they would tear off these burgers in the shreds.
- What is the perfect burger for you?
- Delicious fatty meat, in my opinion, much decides. But a good burger can be prepared and not from particularly expensive meat. It is important to comply with the proportions. I, for example, love when a lot of ketchup and mustard. I like it when there is a pickled cucumber, fresh onions, a little sweet boob. I say - and even saliva flow!
