Stew chicken with lentils and vegetables

Gentle chicken meat with a vegetable side dish will become a beautiful dinner after the working day. For some reason, lentils are unknown for some reason, and this is a very tasty and useful product since biblical times. Remember the famous chowder from lentils for which the birthrooms sold.

You will need:

1 chicken (or 4 chicken thighs),

1 cup of lentils,

1 small bulbs,

1 small carrot,

1 small zucchini,

1 Tomato,

parsley greens,

1 tsp Curry

Salt, pepper to taste.

Chicken cut into portion pieces, sprinkle curry, salt and fry on a strong fire in a deep pan before the appearance of a ruddy crust. If the chicken without leather and fat is removed from it, then fry the chicken on the vegetable oil. Then put onions, carrots (fine-cutting), tomato, chopped with circles, greens and stew under the lid on a weak fire for about 15 minutes, add 1 cup of water, put lentils and stew another 30 minutes, add chopped zucchini and stew another 15 minutes.

When applying for a table, sprinkle with fresh greens and freshly ground pepper.
