Lobio from red beans

For the preparation of Lobio, you can use canned red beans in its own juice. Unauthorized, of course, but very saves time.

You will need:

- red beans - 300 g;

- onion - 3 heads;

- Tomato - 3 pcs.;

- the core of walnut - 120 g;

- garlic - 3 teeth;

- vegetable oil - 60 ml;

- vinegar 3% - 60 ml;

- Fresh kinza - 1 beam;

- Orego dried - 1 tbsp.;

- Hvel-Sunnels - 1 tsp;

- Black ground pepper - to taste;

- Red ground pepper - pinch;

- Salt - to taste.

The beans take and, bay with cold water, leave for 6-8 hours (you can at night).

Kinza well rinse, dry and separate the leaflets from the stems. Stems finely cut, put in a ceramic or glass container and pour with vinegar. Cover the lid and put the fridge for the night.

Wash the swollen beans, put in a saucepan and pour with a small amount of cold water (water should slightly cover the grain). Give water boil and boil the beans on medium heat under the cover of 45-50 minutes before readiness. As a rule, the water through this period of time is already evaporated, but if she still stayed, drain her away. And if in the process of cooking the water evaporates too fast, then the required amount of boiling water in the pan in the pan.

While the basis of the Lobio (beans) is boiled, draw up the preparation of other ingredients.

Onions Clean and cut down. Then cut the tomatoes with cubes with a size of 1 × 1 cm. Roll the oil in a frying pan, lay onions and fry it until golden color. Add tomatoes and continue to cook for another 10 minutes on a strong fire, not forgetting to stir.
