She told me that most importantly - to eat right, that is, separately. At first, it seemed to me wildly: "How is it - you can't combine potatoes with meat?" But gradually you start to get used to it. I still eat separately. Do not mix carbohydrates with proteins. I have a piece of meat or chicken with vegetables or salad, and if it is potatoes, I do not mix it with squirrels. It is clear that sometimes we are all Halturim. In particular, I am a terrible sweet tooth. I do not like flour, but I love chocolate very much. And every day there should be at least a small piece be sure to eat.

I have two roles in my career when you needed to change your weight. The first project is "School of survival from a lonely woman with three children in a crisis." I played one of the main roles. And initially, when they wrote a script, the heroine was made a little puffling. I was just then with such a physique. We shot about six months. I have no task to gain a mass, namely create a relief, pulling up the body. And when you are at home, if you even have a very busy schedule and there is no time for anything, you can allocate at least 15 minutes to make or shake the press. This can be done even while watching TV. It seems you would make it by the way, but if you perform every day, it will lead to a chic result.

I have long been comfortable in my own weight. When we grow up, we begin to find this golden middle, to love themselves, appreciate what we are given and emphasize your beauty. Not everyone goes to be thin. I believe that the most important thing is to feel comfortable, to buzz from life, there is a tasty, but at the same time stay healthy. I'm health.
