Traditional Finnish fish soup, which is sometimes called "milk ear." It is boiled in cast-iron dishes, preferably in the stove, and eat only in a day after cooking.

Ingredients: 400-500 g of any fish (not fillet), 2-3 potatoes, butter,

1 Lukovitsa, 1 cup of cream (or milk), 1-2 art. l. flour, bay leaf, fragrant pepper, salt, pepper peas, ½ bunch of dill.

Cooking method: Fish cut into pieces (if necessary, clean) and pour 2 l of water. Cover with a saucepan with a lid and on average fire to boil. Remove the foam, reduce the fire, put a laurel, fragrant pepper, salt. Cook around 40 minutes on quiet fire. Finished fish to cool, strain broth. Broth bring to a boil, put potatoes. Grind onions, fry on creamy oil, add to broth. Practice to disassemble into pieces and put in the soup. Flour dilute in cream so that there are no lumps. Gently pour into the soup. Bring to a boil and remove from fire. Add greens.

Vietnamese noodle soup, most often from rice flour. If a beef or chicken is added to it, then the soup is called "Boy". If there are pieces of fried fish, then "Fo ha", fish balls - "pho ka".

Ingredients: 0.5 kg beef, tutu rice noodle, 2 cm of ginger root, 1 chili pepper,

1 carrot, 1 bulbs, celery, ½ lemon, 4-5 garlic cloves, a few ponyras green onions, a few twigs of cilantro, salt, pepper, cinnamon stick, Badyan, laurel Leaf, fish sauce.

Cooking method: Beef cut into large pieces, pour 2 l of water. Carrots, onions, celery arbitrarily cut and put to meat. Ginger cut into pieces and add to future broth, then a few twigs of the cilantro, badyan and cinnamon wand, bay leaf. Bring broth to boil, remove the foam and cook about 2 hours on low heat. Salt, pepper, pour some fish sauce. Beef to get and separate from the bones, strain broth. Meat decompose on plates or remove into a separate container. Rice noodles prepare, as indicated on the package, 20 minutes until the broth is ready. In the plates put noodles and beef, pour the broth. Cut lemon, crush the remaining cilantro and green onions, chili pepper. Add to each plate to taste greens, pepper, lemon.
