Light, dietary dish, quickly prepared and is very quickly eaten. For a side dish, those who keep a diet can be recommended fresh or stew vegetables. And if the calories do not worry you, the potatoes are perfect for any option: boiled, fried, puree, baked. Also, low-headed cucumbers or salty / pickled tomatoes will be very well.

You will need:

White fish fillet - 500 gr.

Flour (corn, if not, then it is possible wheat) - 2 tbsp. l.

Egg - 3 pcs

Onion - ½ pcs

Sugar - ½ tsp.

Vegetable oil (for frying) - 3 tbsp. l.

Salt, pepper black ground

Mustard - ½ h. L

I make minced fish fillets, skipping fish together with a bow through a meat grinder or shrinking in a blender.

Add the remaining ingredients: flour, eggs, mustard, salt, sugar and pepper. If the eggs are large, and the fish is wet, and it turns out a liquid, add more flour. The minced stuffing should be very easy, air, but not liquid, rather consistency mashed potatoes.

On a strongly preheated pan with vegetable oil, spread the cutlets with a spoon (they should not be thick) and quickly fry from two sides to a golden crust. Serve to the table immediately, without giving cooling.
