Another simple and fast recipe from the finished puff pastry. Any suitable: yeast or trimming. It is only necessary to defrost at room temperature. It looks like a little bit like strudel, but it is preparing simpler, especially if you do not succeed in a thin dough Filo, necessary for the right exterior.

You will need 6-8 servings:

• 500 g of puff dough (yeast or fresh);

• 400 g of apples, 100 g of raisins for filling;

• 50 g of ground almond (or any nuts to taste);

• 100 g of sugar;

• 1 tbsp. butter;

• 1 tsp. cinnamon (to taste);

Raisins pre-dock in a small amount of Roma or brandy. Apples are cleaning, cut into small cubes. Nuts are crushed in a blender. On the butter in a pan of clothes, apples for 5-7 minutes. We add raisins, sugar, cinnamon, nuts and mix.

Roll over the dough (puff pastry always roll only in one direction) lay out the stuffing and gently fold into the roll. From above, for a beautiful crust, you can deceive with egg yolk, but it is optional.

The baking sheet is better to be applied to the baking paper (can be foil) or lubricate with oil, put on it our roll and bake for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. We decorate berries, jam or just sprinkled with sugar powder.
