Joseph Davydovich was already very unfounded, but he was still typing with a huge male charisma, in which, except for the external beauty of a man, his strength and natural authorities are always present. The latter, built not at the desire to suppress, and to protect it.
He was impeccable: neither folds on a suit, not the slightest negligence in relationships: polite, attentive, caring.
I only once saw him in pants and a simple shirt - when he gave me an interview to his eightieth. I then scored "even half an hour" - did not speak the first visit. He stated that the Ministry of Culture often ignores his requests for the restoration of monuments and supporting artists. Also Kobzon did not suit the fact that the expert Council of the Ministry decides the question of awarding the awards and titles to regional cultural figures.
