Potato casserole with minced meat

You will need:

- purified potatoes - 800 grams;

- Minced beef - 800 grams;

- milk - 150 ml;

- Chicken egg - 1 pc;

- onion - 1 pc;

- carrots - 1 pc;

- Tomatoes - 2 small in size or 1 large;

- Pepper Bulgarian red 1 pc;

- salt, pepper, rosemary, parsley to taste;

- Solid cheese - 100 gr.

Potatoes cut on halves and drunk in salted water. Finished potatoes knead in mashed potatoes, add hot milk (do not be cold, otherwise potatoes can become gray), let me cool and interfer the egg.

While potatoes are boiled, fry in a pan the finely chopped onions on the vegetable oil, add carrots, chopped parsley, rosemary, pepper, salt and fry for another 5 minutes on a large grater. I spread the mince on the pan, mix the fork and, continuing to stir, fry 10 minutes. Tomatoes are screaming, remove the skin, finely cut and add to mince. Masculated about 20 minutes, the fluid should evaporate.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. In a lubricated oil, we lay the layer of puree (approximately 2 cm), top with a layer of meat minced meat and a layer of puree. Cheese rubbed on a coarse grater and sprinkle on top. Bake in the oven 20-25 minutes before the appearance of a golden crust.
