Lentil is best released in boiling water. So you save all useful substances and vitamins. On average, 1 cup of lentils should be taken 1.5-2 glasses of water.

It is not necessary to salt water to prepare lentils, in salt water, lentils are harvested much longer. Spend a ready-made dish.

You will need:

- Lentils - 1 cup;

- Onions - 1 pc;

- 1 small chicken;

- carrots - 1 pc;

- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc;

- Celery root - 1 pc;

- Salt, pepper and some vegetable oil for roasting.

Board a half glass of water, pour lentil and boil 30 minutes on a small fire. Please note that different grades of lentils require different cooking time, green is unworthy lentil, it is preparing faster. If you take a brown (mature), then cook it until ready for at least 40 minutes, and the yellow will be ready for 20 minutes.

Select the chicken on portions to your taste. Note that the smaller the pieces, the faster they will be ready, cut the carrots with thin circles.

In a preheated pan, fry in vegetable oil a finely chopped bow until a golden crust appears. Add the chicken-shaped chicken, chopped carrots and bell pepper. When the chicken pieces are frying, add a boiled lentil and extinguish until readiness. Very well lentils combined with celery, so if you love it, add the chopped celery root along with carrots.

Pepper and salt add to stew lentils with chicken 5 minutes before readiness. You can also add curry powder, fresh parsley greens or a couple of garlic cloves.
