Anna Nevsky: "I listen to my body, I can not torment myself"

- You are interested in Indian yoga, it, as I understand it, everything is for the health of the body or a cheerfulness of the Spirit?

- For health, including, of course. And this is already something, without which I can not. I have long made friends and with sports too. At one time I did a lot of yoga, then I somehow got tired. I was fond of fitness, and now I return to yoga back. The body must develop harmoniously. Different loads are very cool. This gives an extra plus. If you still meditate, try to breathe correctly, then it also gives a soothing mind that allows you to open a heart. As Buddhists say, in a state of a calmed mind, you can hear what your heart wants to say. I really liked this expression. Of course, it is very difficult to do in our fussy world, but it works. Sometimes for the fuss you do not notice some necessary things that you need. But only worth soothing the mind, try to pay off your passions, immediately understand that much of what I wanted, you do not need at all. Stop on half a minute and you understand this that there is no significant significance in one way or another, which has recently seemed the main thing. Yoga contributes to this. It can be developed infinitely. The flexibility of the body and the flexibility of the mind, as the yoga say. This is true. It works. Well, a good such habit is always useful, I like yoga.

- Do you do every day?

- Now I have the opportunity to do every day. (Laughs.) It happens that twice a day it turns out: training, walk, yoga. This is the so-called combination. I am constantly in the crepe of muscles, for a long time I did not feel this, and all because I do something all the time, I do.

- You say that in mandatory drinking Celery juice in the morning. For what?

"There is such a thing, but now it has arranged a break, celery tired, although it is very useful, cleanses the liver, improves metabolism. But I don't drink it now. Then again start. I have this way - I listen to my body. I can not torment myself. Someone drinks water with lemon, and I didn't really have water with lemon. Juices are generally good. The main thing is not fruit and not in large quantities. Celery in this sense is some kind of harmless. He is not sweet, not sour, not bitter. (Laughs.) And if it is good celery, then it is even delicious.

- In general, you are in a Buddhist to come to everything, try not to strain ...

- I strive for this. Buddhists speak correctly - Golden Middle. This is the only right path - not to fall in extremes. I once tried both vegetarianism and vegetarianism, all sorts of other things. And I realized that there is nothing better than this golden middle. Therefore, I periodically make some kindles, some unloading things for yourself to clean. I had a period when I could not live without coffee, so it seemed to me. He drank three or four cups. And somehow thought that I did not like this addiction. I can not say that I was bad from him, no, but now I do not drink coffee at all. And somehow I even forgot about him. Only notice - oh, coffee, smells tasty, but I don't want to drink. Fell off - and beautiful, no dependence.

- You use interval fasting, how is it going with you?

- I'm not constantly resorting to him. And I do not advise anyone to do it every day. Then, it is purely individually. I really like it, very cool metabolism accelerates, especially when you are almost without breakfast. It is easier for me than without dinner. And not only I like this routine more. I noticed this on the reviews of many people. This is true. You just have a brunch. Depending on how much you got up. And it works. And in the morning I can do something. I noticed: if it is early to have breakfast, some kind of tape immediately burst. Especially if in the winter porridge ate. And then I do something, some household deals, I am doing small job, I can sort out something, count, write, focus. (Laughs.) And then calmly have breakfast. I'm talking about the interval starvation, but it was called differently, I learned when I read about the life of Lion Tolstoy. He in the morning drank a cup of coffee and went to work in the field before lunch. Then I had no speech about such food, but I thought: how interesting things. One doctor told me that somehow scored a lot, ten extra kilos, I read about the nutrition of Lion Tolstoy, I decided to try ... and lost 12 kilograms. A kind of it is an interval starvation, only about such things has been known for a long time. I repeat, just personally for me and many people do not dinner harder. So it works, but it is not necessary to get involved. It is not suitable for everyone. Need necessity, if, for example, went over in calories on the eve and need to lose too much.

- What else is there in your diet of the head, to keep the figure and the body as a whole in the beautiful, how are you, form?

- obligatory sport. And you need to watch what you eat, or rather, how much you eat. After all, you can have anything. Even a small cupcake, but only small! Now I eat twice a day, because all the time at home. There is such a moment, all the time pulls something to cheer. And at 11:00 breakfast, and at 17:00 I arrange myself lunch-dinner. For me now is the perfect form. I do not feel hunger, and I can train, do, because I physically felt good. In the breaks, I drink tea. Now I have her herbal. And I understand that I am in shape. Many people complain now, they write in the networks that they added four kilos, two, six. It is necessary to clearly understand: the main thing is not a lot. You can eat pasta, but if only a little bit. Now it is fashionable to refuse glutien and everything else. But this is if there are some kind of diseases, allergies, there is some tough moment, serious. Then yes, and so I do not see the point. I am not a doctor, of course, but I can say that I do not see any difference between whether I ate wheat bread or buckwheat. I, I will open a secret, I do not like buckwheat. And it is very rare it. In general, everything should be a measure, golden mean. (Laughs.)
