The most famous Persian performer in the world is the popular Iranian-Swedish singer Arash (Arash) made that he was able to be a few, - by performing his songs not in English, and on the incomprehensible majority of Farsi, he managed to become a real star. On his account multiple platinum singles and three albums. In Russia, Arash became known for the duets with the "Brilliant" group ("Eastern fairy tales") and Anna Semenovich ("on the sea"). And three years ago, his joint Hit "Always" took a worthy third place at the Eurovision contest. But then Arash was not from Sweden, but representing the country of Azerbaijan.
And recently, the singer and his wife Benaz became happy parents, but a month ahead of time. The kids weighing 1900 and 2400 grams were born in one of the private clinics of Sweden in the city of Malmo. Dona and Darian - such names received the daughter and son of Arash.
Womanhit.ru found out from the artist why he performed at the famous Eurovision Music Competition, representing the country of Azerbaijan, and his pedigree. And finally, what is it - to be the father of twins?
- Let's start with your Azerbaijani roots. It's true? And then many still do not believe.
- My real name Arash Labafzade. My great-grandfather was from Ardebil (city in South Azerbaijan). He was Azerbaijani, so I have such a surname. I listened to many Azerbaijani songs, I have a favorite, and Irylyg is one of them. It is performed by the Kumir of Millions of Iranians, a living legend - Gugush, she is Azerbaijanis, originally from Tabriz.
- three years ago you took the honorable third place on Eurovision. And you represented exactly the country where the competition is being held. Why aren't you in Baku now?
"I could not present there because now I have two newborn children in my hands, but I supported the competition on the air of the Swedish Channel, where every year commenting on competitive days for the audience. I really like your "Buranian grandmothers". And the song "Party for Everybody". Grandmothers are very cute, they are original, full of charisma and charge the mood, and this is exactly the formula that is needed for Eurovision.
- Some participants of this team for 70. Do you imagine yourself on stage at 70-80 years?
- For each musician it is important to know what they want to see and hear even in old age. But I hope that in the retirement age I will travel around the world and spend happy days in the circle of my family.
- What, in your opinion, is it necessary for victory on Eurovision? After all, they say that this is more political competition.
- Unfortunately, this contest can really be called a little political. But an important condition for victory on Eurovision is to perform a good song, be yourself and have your own highlight.
- Would you like to go to Eurovision again? For example, presenting the interests of Sweden.
- In Sweden, the qualifying round for Eurovision is held annually, where I am invited, but I always refuse. After all, the real pleasure of something can be obtained only for the first time.
- Last year, you brought themselves for marriage with Benaz. We repeatedly said that they marry only after 40 years, and now you are just 35. Something in your worldview changed?
"I met a girl with whom I wanted to spend your whole life, so, without thinking, I decided on such a responsible step." I want to enjoy parental happiness while I am young. I want to play football with your son, drive a daughter on ballet, teach children to play musical instruments.
- Have you immediately planned to have children?
- Not that planned, but it became a great news for us! You can not imagine what all these eight months happened to us while we were waiting for the kids! Every day I touched Benaz's tummy, felt my kids and understood that this was the most beautiful gift from life. We looked forward to the appearance of kids. It was already known that a boy and a girl will appear. We have prepared a bedroom that they will share in the first year of life, scaled a lot of clothes and toys. Even the names chose in advance - Darian and Dona.
- Did you go well?
- Oh, everything happened lightning. Benaz began to fight, and she calmed me out that this is a false alarm. After all, before the latter is still far away. But suddenly she began severe bleeding. I dressed the bullet and took it into one of the clinics of the city of Malmo, which in Sweden, where it was immediately lucky to operate. For some time I was simply not. I did not hear anything, I did not see it - the detail. And came to himself, only when the doctor said that I had absolutely healthy children. And with his wife everything is fine. I did not hear anything more beautiful in my life. The only thing that the children turned out to be a little small (Donia weighed 1.9 kg, and her brother Darian - 2.4 kg) and several weeks they spent in the hospital, were in a special capsule, where they were connected to pulmonary ventilation. It often happens with twins.
- What are you in everyday life? After all, your spouse is probably required to help in the housework.
- Lately, I toured a lot around the world, but now I have a vacation, and I can proudly call myself a "housewife". (Laughs.) Benaz was very difficult to do anything in the last days of her pregnancy, and now she is not before. So I tried to learn everything immediately. I am preparing, however, still not very good, but I got books with recipes and a scorpie with dinner. I bring her breakfast to bed, even cook sauces. I also clean, wash, ironing and even working as a massage therapist. Every evening I arrange a massage session for Benaz.
- You are well known in our country. Duets with a group "Brilliant" and Anna Semenovich will still remember so far, and your last single "Broken Angel" even became the most sold in Russia. But recently you can rarely see in Russia. Why?
- Over the past year, I visited very many countries with my own show, I was in America, Canada, Asia, Europe, and I just do not have time everywhere. It would be nice if it was possible to reveal, then I would love to leave my second half of myself in Russia forever. In the autumn of this year, my big tour in Russia and the CIS countries are planning - I plan to visit more than twenty cities.
