- I know that the interview you give extremely rarely, you also do not meet you on the TV screen too. What is it connected with?
"If I worked on corporate enterprises, I would agree to all incoming proposals, but since this is not my" bread ", I do not consider it necessary to spend time at this time. Yes, and publicity, to be honest, I'm frightened, I got used to full freedom of action: I wanted to take a walk with a mask on the hair, I wanted - unwrapped went shopping. In Russia, roughly speaking, accepted everyone to condemn and discuss, it takes freedom a little in humans, turning into a "man in a case".
- Your life has changed dramatically due to the increased popularity of the brand?
- No, nor on iota. Well, only if familiar has passed natural filtration. As it turned out, not everyone can sincerely rejoice at others.
- Could you tell us about the first steps of Lundenilona? Why did it all start?
"The first steps took another grandfather, whom I, to great regret, did not even find. He had a scientist, herbalist, naturalist. Much I learned exactly from the observations recorded by him. Mom I had a doctor, studied in Riga, she gave me a medical base, because I do not have the appropriate education. This brand is only a year, and shampoos and balms for ourselves I cook the years from 15, then it was my hobby. Well, and in 19 years old became a means of additional earnings, because I cooked them under the order, to solve an individual problem. The most confident steps in the direction of cooking in production scale were made 2 years ago, it was the largest risk that I had ever walked: Pan or disappeared, it was all before a penny.
- Did anyone help you, gave advice?
- Not. Everything was at an intuitive level. To be honest, I still don't have enough knowledge in doing business, I do not know how to use elementary computer programs, the first overlays made me a friend. To consult me in the literal sense of the word was not with whom. For the last 2-3 years I mercilessly worked, did not get out of the four walls, all friends confused. There are no relatives, adults and experienced familiar who will tell something, too. The first 6 months in the company worked only one person - me! All the allocated orders called to confirm, and then packaged and sent. The office was on the 5th floor, often the boxes with the elixirs had to be dragged. The back sucks, for the already sick hands worried, it was difficult. On the site then it was also written that the phone is round the clock, so I slept on the occasion. Then he hired employees and there was time for the purchase of ingredients for the shampoos and balms already developed by the time. Yes, and confidence did not have anyone. During the crisis, I had a terrible panic, I did not know how to save myself from an imperious hunger predicted on TV, and consulted with one old acquaintance ... He did not look at the fact that life I was pretty well and the fact that Pasha is 18 hours in For a day, and very deftly took everything with me, compiled for years.
- How did you recover after that?
- Thanks! You know, my mother was deceived with the apartment when she was 48, and I only 6. The apartment is the only thing that she had. It was this scam to thwart the mother. It happened because of naivety and gullibility. Despite the fact that mom until the last days of his own constantly regrets that people could not believe, I believed. Many people teach only their mistakes. It was a very expensive lesson, but he turned my world.
- Are people no wary of your cosmetics, seeing that the founder of the brand is such a young girl?
- At first, every second asked to present certificates and quality passports, but when the cosmetics was about the effectiveness of cosmetics, the same ceased to be observed. All products have certificates, even though they are canceled since 2010. We received them voluntarily, providing distrust of the wonder and template thoughts that such a young person would not be able to do something worthwhile. The compositions of my products will never be equal to any other on the planet, the existence of the presence of hyperctation components in them causes the best technologists in the literal sense to squeeze. One of our shampoos is an analogue of the three most expensive and efficient shampoos of the planet, their total value of 16,000 rubles for three bottles. We disassemble them to the ingredients, set the percentage of active ingredients, combined the strongest and got a shampoo that will not compare with them in terms of its qualities. The same with balsams, masks and new products. We highlight the best of the best, carry out an analysis of the compatibility of the ingredients and get the product equal to which is not. The price is significantly lower, since no one overpays for the brand. All money is inserted into the development, in the purchase of ingredients, make the bet on the formulation and performance, without spending on the design. Already in the fall, 25 new products will appear on the site, and in winter, vitamins for leather, hair and nails, the composition of which will affect many. Most of all I am afraid not to justify hopes, so every my minute is dedicated to the brand.
- Why are the products are not represented in major cosmetic stores of the city?
- The first reason is the composition. We are very dependent on the yield, from the proper collection of plants. Nature is not bottomless. For example, last year was a lack of town for Jojoba, it was because of this that the first batch of Elixir came out not in March, as planned, and in June. Just lacked raw materials. We also had two-month breaks in sales during this year. If the composition was less saturated, I would agree to all offers coming from pharmacies and shops, but is there any sense in this hypertension? Each pharmacy would not have more than 10 bottles, nature would not allow to do more. We also ended masks and shampoos, and nothing to do with it. For example, a new wrapping contains more than 40 rarest plants, and while I do not have my plantations, I just can't make gigantic parties and put it in pharmacies and shops, and I don't see anyone in this, the daily number of people willing to purchase products.
- Ilona, and you studied well at school?
- Not! I studied the middle, but not because of the fact that the stupid: I just did not understand why I need it. Already at 13, I earned more parents, and it demoted me. For all studies, I was given IQ tests three times, and my result was always the highest not only in the class, but in the whole parallel. Logical tasks decreased in seconds. For this, I thank my mother separately. But here to find in the word suffix or the prefix I, as then, and now, I can not. At 18, I finally bought myself a computer - and what was my surprise when I learned that many words are written at all as I assumed. (Smiles.) Then he took up the mind. Apparently, the truth is all his time.
- And how were you brought up? In general, how was your childhood?
- Oh, my mom needed a book to write about how to raise the leader. I, how much I remember myself, I was always put before the choice, I always needed to make decisions. It seems that it started immediately after what was said by me. Mom asked: "You have chocolate chocolates, but more, or caramel, but smaller?", "You are two natural yogurt or one, but with berries?", Every year on September 1, there was a large bouquet of a carnation or a small bouquet, but roses. Choosing boots, I knew that I could take two pairs of Chinese beautiful boots, but uncomfortable and synthetic or some domestic, on natural fur, but not so beautiful. In this case, I, as a true lady, was leaning towards Chinese. (Smiles.)
In the second grade, Mom gave me a notebook, on whose cover wrote in all languages: "Do not retreat!" And he taught me to seek her. I came up with myself a goal, and together we made up a plan, how this goal to achieve, built a pyramid and step by step put ticks near those points in the pyramid, which was already passing. So I sought my little, but for me then great goals. Then these were five, new shoes (I received them for a certain number of excellent assessments, washed floors, dishes, etc.), with the age of the goals they grew up: to make money on a graduation dress, the attention of beautiful boys and other nonsense. Well, and then a business, 100,000 rubles, 1,000,000 rubles. To this day, I lead the diary and still draw my mother's pyramid.
Since Mama was deceived with the apartment, there were no registration in her passport, and there were problems with temporary registration: it was given only to those who at least registered somewhere, and my mother is officially homeless. Very beautiful, neat homeless. I did not take it without a registration, she sold blouses at the subway, and in the evening came, put money and the balance of the goods before me, and I had to pull out a net profit with it, to postpone the money for a new product, the remaining money was divided by 80 to 20. 80 % spent on products, and 20% have always been postponed on some "black day". So I matured very early, and it is not surprising that at such a young age already worked.
