Margarita Sulankina: "Let's not let me disappear with Russian traditions"

Anonim

Now the New Year holidays passed, but you should not despair, because the baptism is ahead (Holy Epiphany). On this day, January 19, I have already dream of going away somewhere in a row somewhere away from Moscow, and even better in the village. For some reason, the baptism is associated with nature, swimming in the hole and folk festivities. I do not know how appropriate is the last, but I imagine the baptism of the most real holiday, despite the famous Epiphany frosts. By the way, judging by the weather forecasts, frosts will not bypass and us. I remember, before my grandmother told me a lot of interesting things about this holy holiday, which I hurry today to share with my favorite readers. Do you know that the baptic snow is good for washing, so the water from it is trying to save for a long time? But I think, in a big city it is a bit problematic. In Moscow, snow fell only a couple of days ago, but despite this, clean and white snowdrifts in the capital you can only surprise. Therefore, if you tanned such an idea, then go away from the city somewhere in the forest. And there is not far and a hole. Everyone knows that the place around it possesses an incredible force. By the way, Epiphany Water does not really spoil, does not smell and can stand for a whole year. Many believe that all this is because the priest immerses the silver cross during the rite. Previously, the baptism in some villages were arranged. The dressed up girls were going on the shore, and the young men were looking for brides. It seems to me that it is funny, but in the depths of the soul there is not enough something like that, interesting and fun. By the way, you can begin to prepare for baptism. The day before, "Hungry Kusta" is celebrated - all this day believers do not eat anything, go to dinner with the first star, and in the morning they are sent to sink water to church. I am really very sorry that many of us did not find really interesting rituals and gradually our original Russian traditions go to the past. Let's not let them disappear? Happy baptic night. Who knows what miracles await us ...
