You will need:

- 3 eggs;

- 200 g of dark chocolate (at least 75%);

- 125 grams of flour;

- 180 grams of butter;

- 180 grams of sugar;

- Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp. the spoon;

- Raisin - 50 gr;

- Nuts (I take almond or mix) - 30 grams.

First, it is necessary to melt chocolate on a water bath, see that there is no moisture at the bottom of the pan, there should not be any drop of water into chocolate. Add the butter and melt, then add sugar (all this in the water bath). Remove from the fire, let it cool down a little so that the eggs do not curl, and add eggs one by one thoroughly mixing. Then add flour, too, mix well so that there are no lumps, pumped nuts and raisins.

Pre-warm the oven to 170 degrees. The shape unlous with parchment and slightly sprinkle it with cocoa powder. Put the dough and bake 30 minutes. Check the readiness with a wooden toothpick. Brauni should be wet, but not liquid inside.

Let cool and cut into pieces.
