At the same time, the survey was conducted abroad and made a comparative table of samples of local and summarized international opinions. Want to know what of the lists got Russia?

Alas and ah, not what in the top 5, and even in the top 10 of this list, Russia did not. The best recognized drivers in Germany - 19.3% of respondents voted for them. The reason for sure lies in a strict test system, where the rights cannot be bought, and huge fines for violations of the rules. On the second line, Sweden - 4.4% of respondents voted for it, are already much smaller. Third place - United Kingdom, fourth - Switzerland, fifth - USA.

But here we perfectly fit. Russia ranked third in the list with 3.8% of the votes, lifting except India and Italy. Agree, not the most pleasant company? In India, due to the inorganization of the road traffic, terrible traffic: machines, scooters and carts are prevented from freely walking on the passage of animals, and no one follows the traffic lights on the old habit. In Italy, the problem is associated with the temperament of the local population, relatively low fines and inorganized roads within cities.
What is the problem of Russia
Our country in the ranking fell not by chance - the case here is not at all in international dislike. The reason for corruption - AIF writes that, "According to experts, two thirds of the automotive rights in the Russian Federation were purchased." The same applies to fines - they are too low to inspire people fear of violations.
