An accountant profession to many seems boring. However, Actress Anna Kendrick hurried to dispel this myth with his role in the new thriller "Payback".

Christian Wulf (Ben Affleck) is a mathematical genius to which the numbers are much closer than people. Under the cover of the provincial accounting desk, he is working as an auditor for the most dangerous criminal organizations of the world. When he "on the tail" is sitting in the fight against the crime of the Ministry of Finance, headed by Ray King (J.K. Simmons), Christian decides to find a law-abiding client and conducts an audit in the company for the production of the latest robotics, where the employee of the Financial Department (Anna Kendrick ) I discovered the "inconsistency" in millions of dollars. - Anna, when director Gavin O'Connor offered you a role in the film "Payback", what exactly attracted you in the project?
- First of all, the fact that my mom is an accountant, and I knew: she will like the film, where mathematics appears in sexual light, and accountants have a dangerous, exciting life. (Laughs.) I saw the movie Gavin "Warrior" and it seemed to me that working with him was a real gift, he was a very thoughtful and creative director. And to be in one of his paintings, from which you know more and more with each viewing, it was really interesting. Speaking frankly, I had to reread the script three times to understand everything. Over the plot of the film easier to follow, because you see the face on the screen instead of words on paper. I don't really like to read scripts, because for me it is a very boring format. But in the case of this scenario, as soon as I finished reading it, I wanted to start first - this was not happening with me before.
- How did you work with Ben Affleck, who performed a major role in the film?
- Fortunately, Ben is a very open person, which makes it easy to endure the closeness of his character. I really liked working with him, because it is very practical. I admire such actors who try to do everything perfectly, knowing how many other people are laid out one hundred percent on the set. Which are aware of all the details and driving mechanisms of the project and try to associate it all into a single whole, and not just fill on themselves. Ben is a real team player, and it seems to me that it is very valuable quality. So I was happy to work with him.

- You both are quite funny people. Did you happen on the set that you spoke back or piled up with jokes?
- I asked my mother to share with me some jokes. (Laughs.) But if seriously, it was not the material in which it was possible to insert back. There are a lot of complex technical terms that are outside of my mathematical knowledge. Therefore, I sent my mother's script and asked her to explain and correct some things that did not understand. The fact is that my heroine is given very well-sense in the accounting business, and I wanted to show it. A couple of months in my head was still the fact that I explained my mom after reading the script, but then everything flew out. But she had comments, it seems: "It seems to me that this man would do something and that if they did it and that's it." So in a couple of double, I inserted her comments, and it was funny. For a few seconds, the film crew even seemed that I was smarter than in fact, once a able to insert similar comments with impromptu. (Laughs.)
- What was the mathematical genius for several months, while working on a film?
- Very funny! I know several people, including my mom, which attracts things completely expedited for my understanding. And on the set I tried to convey this level of pleasure, which I will never be from numbers and formulas. For example, in the film there is a scene, where Ben produces some mathematical calculations in the head. And I thought it would probably seem very sexy. (Laughs.) And tried to imagine that mathematics is not just interested in me, but also able to really turn my head.
- It is interesting that mathematics is an integral part of this thriller, is in the very center of the plot ...
- Yes, and such things like me most in films. Just as exciting was to look at Indiana Jones, as he moves to the case and shoots a bad guy. So here: this guy will be so promoted not only in mathematics, but in general, which is very curious to observe how he does his job.
- Looking back, what moment in the filming of the film you remember most?
- The first scene in which I was filmed, became the final in the film. In the frame, I am alone, and I didn't even have the text. So passed my first working day with a new director. We needed to achieve something very special. I did not know how to do it, but I was very interested in being near Gavin. The episode itself is small and very thin, and the day could go to the pump and disappoint everyone. But at the end of the day, during which I did not utter a word, it seemed to me that we were able to make the scene really good. And it was great!
