You will need:

- 1 medium heck;

- 1 bulbs;

- 1 leek;

- 1 tomato;

- 1 small carrot;

- garlic - 3 teeth;

- butter - 40 grams;

- olive oil for frying;

- White wine - 150 ml.

In a pan, fry on olive oil finely chopped onions and garlic, add carrots, rubbed on a large grater.

Tomato spat boiling water and remove the skin, cut and add to the pan. Sprinkle with chopped greens, salt and extinguish with white wine 10 minutes.

Heat the oven in advance to 200 degrees, put in the oven wrapped in foil potatoes for baking (or just good potatoes). Baking potatoes baked quickly, for 35 minutes, other varieties can be carried longer. Try softly with a long sharp knife or fork. When the potatoes are ready, expand the foil, make a knife to the slot crosswise and push the edges.
