All this is so, but a little bit wrong. I will tell you a simple language, without any alpha and theta waves and other terms. Meditation is a really powerful and very important process, especially when you start working on yourself, with your personality and consciousness. Meditation is a skill of a conscious state (I see-I hear-I speak, I think, etc.) Go to the state of half (so sitting, so as not to fall asleep), losing the bill time, stop the thought flow within yourself.

For what?

Being in a state of half, we open the door to our subconscious, namely it controls our brain and us, it is in it that all our negative installations are sitting, it is it that dictates our opportunities, behavior, achievements and our lives in general.

In a state of half (meditation), we can work directly with the subconscious, with all our problems and sores, footsteps and brakes. We can be anyone and can live in the way you dream. After all, not in vain all the famous and successful people with a mandatory point in their schedule include meditation.

How?

As I said, we are meditating sitting. At first, meditation can take up to one hour of time, because it needs to be practicing constantly (after all, we will not lose weight, if we will not constantly train).

So, proceed to meditation. We remove all the interference (sounds, animals, phones), sit with your eyes closed and just breathe. Stop the flow of thoughts. Do not think about what else to have to go to the store, then call the ring, but what is the underwear checked ... no, it will not go. We are here and now, we breathe: inhale-exhale, breathing.

As soon as they felt their breath and heartbeat, go to induction (oh, promised the terms not to use): We translate the concentration of attention to all parts of our body, alternately. On the head - we feel it: what it is, volume, weight. Next - nose, ears, hands (left and right), fingers, belly, legs, feet.

Well, then we can do anything. We can ask yourself a question and look at yourself as it were: like you (more precisely, your subconscious mind will answer it. For example: "Why am I angry?" Or: "How do I lead myself, feeling insecurity?" There are a lot of questions. Ask anyone what you want to get.

So you get the answer from the subconscious - it meets you the same installation that is laid in it, and you can see it and feel from the side.

You can now erase this installation and put a new one! It is in this state that you repeat your affirmations: for money, on the expansion of financial flow, for personal happiness, on health, for success in the career. You can now lay out any program in your subconsciousness, and this program will already work on you, lead you and make dreams with reality.
