Motorists are actively discussing the news that in June 1 in Russia can introduce a new penalty for motorists. According to the Russian newspaper, car owners will be able to finish driving on summer or winter tires outside the season. In June, July and August, the staff will have to pay the staff to those drivers who go on winter tires with spikes, and in December, January and February - those who have summer tires.
According to preliminary information, the amount of the fine can be 500 rubles, but at the long time, the government decree has not yet been signed. Some media have already made a refutation of news and with exposure publications that such a fine will not be introduced. However, if you recall, in September last year, a draft of faults and conditions under which the operation of vehicles is prohibited on the portal of projects of regulatory acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. And there was a point on the ban on the operation of the car with unsuitable tires on the season. At the same time, the date of entering into force of the project was indicated - June 1. Apparently, now in the government returned to the discussion of the project.
