- Yana Aleksandrovna, your family clinic in Vladivostok celebrates 25 years this year. A quarter of a century is a serious date for a medical institution, during this time the country has become completely different, and you continue to work. It is hard to survive in modern conditions?
- Everything is simple, and difficult. We must first of all be a professional, you need to love your business and understand: You chose your way, and you should go on it, no matter what happens.

- I would like to clarify one moment so that there was no confusion. I still started my father. In 1990, he moved from Zaporozhye to Vladivostok, where he after the protection of the doctoral dissertation was offered the position of the head of the Department of Dermatovenerology VGMI. At the same time, the first medical cosmetology hospital was opened in Vladivostok - MUP. Yes, the specialty cosmetology in those years really was not. But cosmetology services have already existed.
By the time I graduated from the Zaporozhye Institute and came to parents in Vladivostok, his father had already opened his clinic. I had to work with him. First, the nurse (since I had a diploma, but there was no specialty), then, receiving documents, a dermatologist. It was engaged in cosmetology techniques that existed at that time in the clinic. Of course, compared with today's cosmetology, it was all a bit ridiculous: epilation, masks, leaving, massages ... But I can say that I can do everything: I am a cosmetologist-wagon. Today there are very few such doctors, because in our age of speeds, everyone who learned a couple of injections to do, already calls themselves a beautician. Previously, we have developed skills for years. I now continue to practice every day, I do not leave the doctor's work and never leave it. I still do not by nature an administrator, but first of all the doctor.
- Nevertheless, you are skillfully led by several clinics and another school. What moment did you decide to expand? Why suddenly went to conquer Moscow?
- Moscow is a special world. It is completely different here than in the regions, the perception of many things. And for me it was interesting to embody my ideas that we promoted in Vladivostok, and here too.
- What is this ideas?
- We are in our clinics on the way to improve the quality of life. We even entered the name - it sounds somewhat hard, but it completely displays the meaning: "dispensary of life quality" or "aging dispensary". When the patient comes to us, we are trying to explain to him that at each age there are some features that need to be adjusted. That is, if a person got to us for the first time in 50 years, then I can only do camouflage. But if in 30-35, then the real prevention of aging: skin, mucous, neoplasms, hair, nails. In general, we try to keep in sight of those people who have become our patients.
We have a very interesting project, which we developed two years with the participation of two foreign universities. We assume to restore the metabolic health of people: there is food, and the amount of fluid, everything in the complex. But this is not a dietology - something else. Brand new vision of the process.
- That is, you can say an interdisciplinary approach to solving aesthetic and anti-age-tasks, and not just the opportunity to come and make injections of beauty and youth?
- Yes, and this is the system to which cosmetology should come in my presentation. After all, cosmetology is an applied science on the prevention of aging. Looking at the skin, you can immediately say what problems in the patient: this is the art of a dermatologist.
But also the injections of beauty and youth are also the effective and necessary techniques. The only question is that they are shown not all and not at any age. In order to choose those that you need, you need to make skin diagnostics, analyze the patient's aging type, view hormonal status. Based on the data, suggest which aging mechanism will be leading. And only then choose which injections to prefer. And not so: bought the drug - let's prick it all. This is illiterately and, unfortunately, harms cosmetology.
Moscow was not built in a day…
- Your Moscow clinic in 2017 marks five years. Of course, not a quarter of a century, as in Vladivostok, but also an important line. It was hard to conquer Moscow?
- A lot of features, accounted for developing new models of work on the go. I taught me very much I taught Elena Vasilyevna Malysheva. I thank God that he pledged me with this amazing, absolutely stunning woman. You know, there are people with narrow thinking, and there are those who do not have borders at all in the perception of the world. Here Elena Vasilyevna - just such. She showed me a lot of things that I could not see in the region. I am pleased to work with her because it is demanding, and I like it. In addition, thanks to her, I learned a lot of famous people. And it also helped me in work, because Moscow is both Celebrity patients, and you need to be able to work with such people. I wonder this is a special experience.
- Does this mean that your Moscow clinic is focused primarily on VIP clients?
- In no case! All our clinics are aimed at the middle class. And Moscow is not an exception. At the same time, for example, we have patients who do not want to see them. No problems! In our clinic - three exits, that's even from my office leads a separate door to the street.
Our main contingent is the middle class. Because this is the future. We strive to ensure that everyone who wants can afford our services. Conditionally speaking, there are expensive programs that can be made once every five years and enjoy the effect. And you can make more budget every year, but the result will be the same.
After all, medicine is the number of cases, it is skill. If I, for example, made a hundred injections per month, then I can do it. If only ten, then you already need to look at what I am capable. As soon as people who establish high prices will come to aware that the period of primary earnings of capital in medicine in Russia is completed, it will benefit the industry only.
- Any successful project is primarily a team. And in medicine - especially. How do you pick up the footage?
- We have a beautiful team - this applies to all clinics. First, all our employees - process participants. Always! Everyone knows his position, knows what he wants. I do not have such that people come just making money. I believe that the team should be a dream. Everyone has its own, but it must be present.
In the clinic in Vladivostok, we initially had a very high level of specialists. After all, with Father, for 15 years, I have introduced an intraclinic continuous medical education into practice.
When I decided to open the clinic in Moscow, then many local old-timers recommended to collect doctors with their clienutory, give them offices - and let them work. This is not my way. Therefore, I took several doctors from Vladivostok, a few more, which shared my strategy, invited from different regions (and from Moscow including). And the rest of the specialists and I decided to prepare our own. So the school of Professor Yukkovskaya appeared in Moscow, which earned on the basis of our new clinic. In principle, this project began in Vladivostok. Here we just continued to be started. But now we have a fairly large number of specialists who want to study only with us. Because they know the learning model. My conviction: Cosmetologists can not be trained as all other specialists, because we have no standards. Cosmetologist need to teach beauty, you need to learn the logic of thinking. The beautician must be a psychologist, and an endocrinologist, and a therapist, and a gynecologist ...
- In this school, are you preparing specialists only for your clinics or can anyone come to you?
- Any specialists who want to learn. They come from everywhere, not only from Russia. Even from Europe. Very friends with the medical community of Kazakhstan, with Ukraine. Many doctors are studying from Georgia, from Armenia. From Azerbaijan come in groups of 20 people. Training are trained and leaving back.
And, of course, we are preparing specialists for our clinic. They have an advantage: study for free.
- School for you now is the main project to which you give your strength and time?
- For me, it is not even so much an educational project as image. I want to implement yourself with regard to the creation of a model of training a cosmetologist. I'm interested. I do it all my life and can do it, so I can get.
But only the school, my interests are not limited. Next year - I think in the middle of the year - we plan to open the third clinic in Sochi.
