You will need:

- Grease duck - approximately 2 kilograms;

- fat (duck) - 1 kilogram (if fat is small, you can add vegetable oil);

- pepper fragrant - 1 teaspoon;

- Muscat walnut - pinch;

- garlic - 2-3 teeth;

- Leek Shalot (or on-line - 1 pcs) - 2 pieces;

- salt (large), black ground pepper - to taste;

- Fresh thyme - 1 beam;

- Rosemary Fresh - 1 bundle.

Duck section: do not remove the skin, just cut the fat, soda with a mixture of pepper, rosemary and thyme, wrap in the food film and put it in the fridge for the night.

Duck fat melt on slow fire, drain into the glass jar. Mocked duck laying up in a ceramic form for baking (with a lid) with onions, garlic and pepper peas. Fill with duck fat (if the fat is small, add vegetable oil). Cover the baking shape with a lid and put in an unheated oven, turn on the oven for 150 degrees and leave for 3-4 hours. When the confidential is ready, the meat should be easily separated from the bones.

If you do not apply immediately, but you want to store for a while in the refrigerator, then immediately after cooking, we will get out of the shape of the bow, garlic, thyme twigs and rosemary. By the way, if there are no twigs, use ground spices.

So that the duck is well preserved, it should be flooded with fat.

A stewed cabbage or potatoes is perfectly suitable as a side dish.
