Easter is one of the holidays that love and wait. This bright and good holiday carries faith, hope and love. It is not for nothing in vain in the old days wished for Easter: "Let your life be raised, like an egg," hence, without a bitch, without a zadorinka. And I want to add - like Pyanki - the same bright, colorful and unique.

For us with her husband, Dmitry and the Son of Nurse, this is a family holiday, and we also do all cookings together. It is incredibly brings, the family becomes stronger, forgotten by trouble, all difficulties depart into the background. This year, we were especially trying to prepare - buy everything you need for the color of eggs and decoration of the table, as our son already grown and more actively interested in what is happening.

Usually we postpone all things and take this bright day together or with relatives. But this year, in the afternoon I had a job, but in the morning, for breakfast, we managed to congratulate each other with the holiday. According to the old Easter Russian tradition, at first the son was looking for eggs, and then we started "Chokan." As always, the Easter eggs we are "dumped" until the crack appears on one of them, and at the same time they wanted each other good luck. The most successful one is considered to be the longer the other Easter egg will remain as much. Of course, they were our son Daniel.

And here is our family recipe. Together with the baby we baked an oak on the recipe of a grandmother.
We will need:
1. Flour - 300 g
2. Egg - 2 pcs.
3. Sugar sand - 100 gm.
4. Sour cream - 100 gm.
5. Creamy oil - 100 GM.
6. Dough dough - 1 pack.
Cooking process:
Melt the oil, beat the egg blender with sugar, add sour cream, pour melted oil and beat once again. Flour to sift, mix with a rupture and pinch of salt. Make a deepening and pour everything that beat the blender. Stir up to a homogeneous mass. To add raisins to mass (to pre-dock raisins overnight), stir.
The shape for baking is laid out with papyrus paper and is labeled with oil. Put the mass into the shape and on top to put a circle of paper, coating oil. Bake at a temperature of 150-180 degrees about 50 minutes. Until readiness. From above can be poured with icing, decorate with powdered sugar or colored powders.
