"The new year is a family holiday, probably the most wonderful and spiritual of all, and the main tradition is to meet it with your loved ones and relatives. Usually we try to get together the whole family in a country house at my Pope or my sisters. The most important thing for me is your favorite people, and that they were next to me on New Year's Eve. I remember how in my childhood a big family was going, everyone got along with the Christmas tree, helped mom to cook different dishes on the table, and in the morning of January 1, all together went for a walk ...
- Many read horoscopes to find out what will bring them the coming year. And how do you feel about this?
- New Year, indeed, one of those holidays when you believe in real magic. There is something magical and spiritual in these days: when we all get along with the Christmas tree, drink champagne, count the Fight of the Kuranta - as if we perfecute a certain magic ritual, which opens the doors to us next year. At this point, somehow it is very acutely believed in a miracle. So how without horoscopes? I try to listen to them and be more attentive to some things written there. If I don't like something in these recommendations, I just try to adapt them to myself.
- Anna, you look great. And for the New Year's holiday dressing up somehow especially?
- If you meet the new year at home, in a family circle, it is not necessary to be in the evening dress and on the hairpins. It is enough just to dress with taste, elegant and elegant - to feel the mood of the holiday. 2017 will be held under the symbol of the red fiery rooster, so I will meet it in red or purple.
- What do you usually cook for a new year to meet?
- It is important for us that the Olivier salad be sure to stand on the table. Its perhaps can also be attributed to family traditions. I cook it according to a classic recipe, and it is unlikely to surprise something. But I have another favorite dish, the dessert that we cook the day before, about December 30, and then we can easily eat all the holidays and treat friends. It is a "chocolate sausage." This recipe in our family is still from the grandmother. Mix 1 cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 3 tablespoons of water or milk, and optionally you can add a little instant coffee and a droplet of salt - the taste will be slightly more difficult. Boil it with 200 grams of butter. This chocolate fondant, even hot, pour 300 grams of crumbling in the crumb of ordinary cookies (remember, for example, it was "sugar", in packs), where ½ cup of crushed walnuts was added (nuts and more, as they say, "porridge oil Do not spoil "), and generously add raisins. All mix well - and you can form one or more sausages, just wrapping them into the food film. When the sausages are ready - put them in the refrigerator, but it is possible in the freezer, so that the "grabbed" as soon as possible. When they harden - ready! Cut them with mugs with a thickness of 1 cm and serve to a festive tea party. Amazing taste incomparable with any purchased delicacy!
- Can you talk about the most unforgettable New Year holiday?
- A couple of years ago, the series "Pregnancy test" was shot in St. Petersburg, we planned that we would finish work in the afternoon on December 30 and can safely reach the house to celebrate a holiday with families. That new year I was going to meet in my native Chelyabinsk, I bought a plane tickets in advance and planned to fly through Moscow, because the prepared gifts were there. As it often happens, the work has been delayed, and we finished shooting only the 31st. Tickets had to return. I only dreamed of time to fly to Chelyabinsk. But then a miracle happened, I was able to find one ticket to Chelyabinsk and at 9 pm December 31th was at home. It was a real New Year's miracle!
- What are your plans for 2017?
- This summer, we filed a scenario of the new film "Senafon" to the Ministry of Culture, and as a result they received the support of the state, so next year we will proceed to shooting. The work has already begun, recently our team - director Evgeny Shilyakin and producer Vasily Soloviev went to Thailand. There they spend the casting of local actors who will be involved in our project, and inspect the locations where the shooting themselves will be held. I, despite the production activity, I do not finish the acting career - the filming of the full-length film "say goodbye" directed by Pavel Drozdov, where I play one of the main roles. Also in the near future, the second part of the series "Pregnancy test" should begin in Moscow.
