We even reached the Russian embassy, where the consul said that he was tortured with these requirements, now he will call them and say that they do not send people - they do not assure such certificates. The circle closed. Just in case, we returned to the Thai embassy, tried to put pressure on pity, but we were advised to fly to Russia and receive a visa in our country. On our question, what to do next - in the end, for the annual course of English we paid about a thousand dollars, "they only shrugged: they say, your problems.
