I wished for a long time to write on the topic of cooking, so I will be happy to share with you recipes and the history of my culinary experience. The inspiration is my grandmother, in the village to which I drove every summer. Like many curious kids, I loved to watch, what she does. My grandmother was preparing every day, in the morning and evening. Perfectly remember this taste, which, undoubtedly, I wanted to convey. I think, many will understand me ... the atmosphere, smell and nivest patties, which you want to eat more.

I remember how my grandmother often got up early in the morning to walk to the market and buy products. I still remember your zeal to go with her and the desire to prepare together.

Since childhood, loved to make gifts to parents with their own hands, and in general I love to do pleasant from the soul, and cooking is a great way to share your emotions, because it is so nice to watch how relatives enjoy the food prepared by me!

What was the first dish, difficult to remember, since I still don't have one grandmother with golden handles.

Perhaps it was a pizza of remedies or a sweet twig under the leadership of the grandmother. I remember how in a conscious age there was a table for relatives, not just cooked by me dinner, but also with a trepidation by serving, paying attention to every fork.

I always try to cook just, but tasty. Foods should be nutritious and always save beneficial properties.

So, the first recipe for which I share with you.

Honey duck

This is a great and easy recipe. Bakes the duck in the sleeve with apples and tangerines.

To do this, you will need:

- Duck young - 1.5 kg;

- garlic - 1.2 teeth;

- pepper and salt - to taste;

- honey - 1 tbsp. the spoon;

- Green apple - 1 pc;

- Mandarins with skin 1-2 pieces.

1. Duck rub outside and inside with salt, pepper, crumpled garlic.

2. In half a glass of water, breed a tablespoon of honey. Grease duck with syrup and give to dry.

3. To restore the duck with slices of apples, tangerines (together with skin), prunes. Again lubricate the duck syrup, put it in the sleeve for baking.
