Sofya Jokina: "Fair in Europe, I became a patriot"

Anonim

Sophia Jokina never dreamed of film. I am pleased to deal with Latin American dances and even advocated another country. But at some point, life led her to the door of the theater university.

- Your native city Perm is a small birthplace many stars. They lived Sergey Dyagilev, Georgy Burkov, Stanislav Govorukhin, Peter Veliamenov, Mark Zakharov, Svetlana Permyakov, Katya Spitz. What do you think, why is the Perm is a real forge of talents?

- Many athletes were really born in Perm, show business stars and great art leaders. I think it depends on many factors. There are very good schools: ballet, dance, school of figure skating, theatrical. But, probably, much depends on the family, from what parents have invested in humans.

- You tend to offer the roles of beauty. You played in the "witch" and "youth". In the new series "On the edge" your heroine is also a beauty?

- Well, not quite. Let's just say - beautiful is extremely interesting transformation that happens inside it. As for the beauties, I always fear this word. (Laughs.) As if it is some kind of superficial.

Sofya Jokina:

Sophia is fun (the third photo) perfectly fit into the team of the "Molodechka" series, where she appeared in the form of blinding worm

- You are ready to reincarnate so that no one can perpetuate anyone who actually plays a role?

- With pleasure! For all new experiments, I'm open. Most of all I want the acting amplua to be diverse. In this sense, for me, the example of Charlize Teron in the film "Monster".

- Before becoming an actress, you danced, and professionally ...

- I was dancing professionally all my life. Reached in this case large heights and success. But, of course, to combine acting career and professional sports is impossible. Dances are many hours of workout every day, and you have shooting. But dancing from my life did not go anywhere. I am constantly trained. Put the dance numbers to the guys on the institute cabinets. In general, the dances were always present and everywhere.

- True, what did you even advocated Slovenia?

- At some point, the circumstances were that I moved there to live there and began to represent this country. But I am a Patriot of Russia, and lived in Europe, has become twice with a patriot. (Laughs.) Slovenia is beautiful. There is incredibly beautiful. But I don't want to live there.

- After all your success in dancing, I did not regret what was chosen acting?

- I did not regret for a second. But I never dreamed of being actress. Always, as we said, I had dancing in priority. Just at some point, the circumstances have developed in such a way that I thought about expanding my horizons. (Laughs.) I decided to try. It immediately became clear what will be difficult. But I was supported by my mother, as in any my endeavors. And now everything goes as it should go. In general, we work on it. (Laughs.)

- With such experience in the entertainment industry, you probably have already become accustomed to the packs of colleagues in the workshop?

- Thank God, in my life, all the hardests were reduced to the crust. And these are little things, a question of perception. They say, well, let them say. You have your own way, they have their own.

Sofya Jokina:

Sofya not only sheltered the houses of two cats, but, together with his partner on "youthler", Alexander Sokolovsky is an activist of movement in defense of animals

- That is, it cost without tears. And when was the last time you cried?

"I went to the concert James Blante." This is one of my favorite performers. Dreamed to get on his speech six years. And when I was sitting there with my mother, I was overwhelmed with emotions. These were the absolute tears of happiness. Unique feeling.

- I want to ask about bad habits, but a girl who has been dancing since childhood, such, probably, just not?

- This is one of my favorite topics. (Laughs.) First, I run. Secondly, I am a vegetarian for six years and one year as Vegan. I always do sports wherever it is. After classes in the gym, we give an hour to dance. I do not drink alcohol. Do not smoke cigarettes. Thoroughly follow the mode. I get up very early - five or five thirty in the morning. Work or non-working day, no matter. Be sure to make gymnastics in the morning. I breathe, meditating. I walked my body, my thoughts, concentrating. The most important thing in the bell is no one to impose anything. No disputes, no dissonance. Often it loves to make meaties, but I answer that the disputes of vegetarian and meatseed is the way to nowhere.

- rise at five in the morning? And how much do you sleep in a day?

- I try to go to eleven. Sleep at least six hours. It is important how much you lay down, and not how much you sleep. The earlier you lie, the less time you need to sleep. I used to get hard in the morning. And then starred in Egypt, where the light day was short, worked until four or five in the evening, so it was possible to go to ten. Getting up, felt a tide of energy. At five in the morning there was fresh and cheerful.

- You even have the strength to participate in charitable promotions to help homeless animals ...

- People I also help. In the orphanage I send things. I will never go past a man who needs help who asks alms. And with animals it happened in my life. From here, by the way, my vegetarianism came. All connected.
