The coach of the project "Weighted People", the nutritionist and the vice-champion of Moscow on body fitness Irina Turchinsky tirelessly proves it with his example. asked Irina how to achieve the desired results.

- Irina, you already participate in the third season of the project "Weighted People". TV viewers see how the participants of the program are changing. But what did you bring for yourself?

- In the third season, I first encountered a paired slimming: it looks like a child with a four-wheeled bicycle transplanted on a two-wheeled. (Smiles.) This, of course, is not bad - for participants, of course, additional support. But there is one important "but": now they are more difficult to change. My goal is to drastically change the worldships of the guys who just need to be born again. Therefore, the pair slimming in this case works against me. And this is a new experience, and new tasks, and a new challenge to me as a coach.

- Which of the heroes have already managed to surprise you?

- especially remembered mom and son and dad with his daughter. In these couples, it was immediately clear that parents participate in the show only for their children, although they themselves need help. But in general, the most struck how their children look like in such a young age.

- Do you support communication with former project participants? Did you truly make friends with someone?

- The main coaching task is from "I can not" make "I can and want" to like to live as we taught the guys to the final. Therefore, the participants in previous seasons are no longer advised to us, but periodically write, tell how to do business. For example, Yakov Povarenkin became a coach: recently sent me a certificate about the end of coaching courses. In fact, they are already the experts themselves for their body - the coach is no longer needed. (Laughs.)

- You are a very busy person. How do you relax? Where do you prefer to ride?

- Recently returned from Thailand, and there I was, by the way, eight times. It seems like the same palm trees and the sea, but every time my perception of this country changes. In general, I try to perceive everything as an amazing miracle, to appreciate moments, because happiness inside us, and it depends on what colors the world around us will be painted.

- Do you have enough time for homemade troubles?

- I have an excellent assistant - and this is my daughter. By the way, when I returned from Thailand, I immediately told on the threshold: "Mom, sitting, you are waiting for a soup." And I never ask her about it, I do not demand, do not hint. She herself understands everything, so everything happens somehow naturally.

- Your daughter Ksenia is 17 years old. Can you say that you are a friend with her? Or do you adhere to the education scheme "Parent - Child"?

- This year Ksyusha is produced, and you yourself understand, this is a difficult period. Nevertheless, I calmly leave for two weeks to go on vacation and not worry. By the way, my parents do not understand this: "Well, how, Ksyusha is still a minor". And I'm sure of her, because my daughter is very independent. She knows what a discipline is how to cook lunch and take care of yourself, about the house, about the cat. Unlike many other parents, I do not control my child totally, I give freedom, and Ksyusha is very proud of it. At the same time, she understands what the responsibility is on it: she herself decides that it is good, and what is bad.

- One of the main excuses of people who are not engaged in fitness is a lack of time. What can you advise people who really "work-family-family-child" from morning to night?

- You can always find at least one hour a day and spend it as much as possible for yourself. For example, in the morning to make a 15-minute exercise, and in the evening - exercises (40 minutes). It would seem that only an hour, but, believe me, it allows you to launch the correct processes in the body and helps the functioning of all organs and systems.

- Some housewives think that home work can replace sports.

- Classes in any type of physical activity, be it sailing, running, fitness, dancing, do not replace anything. Physical exertion should become daily practice, and not an emergency measure to "lose weight by the summer" or "to get into jeans." This is a huge misconception that you do not have time for the sport. Everyone has a family, work. I basically do not know the lucky ones who can devote themselves entirely care of the body.

- To train better in a calm pace or wear?

- I know people who disappear in sports halls, but do not achieve the desired results. Therefore, it is possible to allocate only 15-20 minutes on the same morning exercise, but to work out them at the maximum.
