As well as: Leek Shalot -1 pcs., Sugar sand - 1 tbsp. l., Oregano, Basil, Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp, salt, pepper black fresh-grinding, vegetable oil.

How to cook: In beef mince add egg, oregano, basil, worstshire sauce, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, mix and shape meat balls thoroughly. Fry mitballs on vegetable oil.
