He was horrified, immediately wanted "home, to her mother," but it was not possible to escape immediately upbringing, but the only thing he was able to extract at that moment - this is a request for "pardon": "Eeeee, you can ... Five minutes ... to prepare" . He left the hall, went to the toilet, said himself: "Stanislav, well, you are a man, well, you can, well, you will not tell these women how to use the computer." Returned, looked at the eyes of women, thirsting to talk with a man, it became only worse, he could not even remember, and why, in fact, he came here and what they want from him, the hands were trembling, the voice disappeared. " I apologized, went to the toilet. Having gathered all the will in the fist, sharp, decisive steps returned to the hall, without raising the eye to the public, laid off the papers, which only he had on the table, and, lifting her eyes, began a seminar: "Hello, how glad I am ...", but Here he sailed everything before his eyes, he realized that he could no longer rape himself, grabbed her bag and ran out of the hall.

I am sure each of us can remember a similar story in your life. So how to overcome the fear of a public speech, whether it is a performance before a numerous audience or a conversation with the "favorite" director? What if you have a literally "one minute" before entering the "cage with a tiger"?

Recall what happens to us when we are afraid of something? We are fighting fear, the whole body is clamped, we are moving with difficulty, "in Zobu breath smoke" - we breathe superficially, we change the speed of speech, the voice itself changes, we are focused on ourselves, we are not up to the public.

I will give a few examples of exercises that use people of public professions to relieve fear, excitement.

The first thing to be done is to remove bodily clips, feel your body. To do this, you need to make several exercise. It seems that for nonsense, my presentation to do in five minutes / director called and asks to go, what kind of charging can we talk about? But we are not talking about charging in the morning, but about the removal of the corporal clamp, the removal of the paralyzing effect of excitement, which does not allow us to breathe, does the movement, does not allow to think and speak.

So, in order to remove the body clamp, throw away the fear and gain confidence, you need to find a place where you will find yourself without an extraneous eye, where you would not interfere with focus on yourself and make several exercises.

(a) "Peschinki". Stand up, first shone a little with your hands, legs, with all the body, as if you shake off the grace.

(b) "throw out fear." Pour in place, as if you wanted to shake out all the insides.

(c) "Mill". You can admire your hands like a windmill, or, jumping, beat the imaginary pear, thereby "otgonit" from yourself fear of away.

(d) "Wash your hands" - Rail with hands, fingers - your hands should not be cold, wet.

After these exercises, you must feel warm, the body must be "soft", relaxed.

I recently watched such a picture: a concert hall to them. Tchaikovsky, behind the scenes there is a famous actor who is already, probably in fifty, having, respectively, a vast experience of public speeches. So, this actor jumped, made the mill with his hands, beat the imaginary pear. And all this he does before the speech, which lasted exactly five minutes!

If you, for example, are in the office and you do not have the opportunity to jump or wash your hands, you can sit on the chair, straighten your back and hit yourself on the right, then on the left knee, right, then to the left shoulder. And so ten and fifteen times. This exercise, as my teacher told, make people who participated in hostilities to calm down.

The second thing is necessary to do - restore your breath. When we worry, we quickly and superficially breathe, we tremble a voice, we quickly, quietly and vigorously speak. Is it possible to listen to such a person? Not! We need to calm your breath. If we are slow and deeply breathe, we will be able to reduce or even eliminate the alarming state.

Here are two wonderful breathing exercises that can be made before the performance:

(a) "Air ball". Inhales deep in the stomach, as if you sharply breathe pollen from a flower, and in exhale slowly and smoothly inflate the imaginary air ball. Usually this exercise is repeated eight times.

(b) "Breathing with a score." Inhale, mentally speaking to yourself: "Once, two, three, four," gradually fill the abdomen with air. At the expense of five, six, seven, eight delay their breath. After that, mental speaking: "Once, two, three, four, five, six", gradually exhale through the mouth. Usually this exercise is repeated eight times.

After performing these exercises, you have a free body, a free voice, you are able to think and control the situation, you are ready for a speech / severe conversation. You start your speech - and you are the Queen!
