In the project "100 days to the beach", the project "Body" project helps us, which created the world's only army of safe weight loss.
Why choose our site as an assistant "body cult"? The fact is that this reality project takes its beginning since 2015. For 4.5 years, there were 4 semi-annual seasons and several marathons. Most recently ended the "body cult 4".
The project is divided into 3 types of participation: online army (starts in March 2020), offline army (group "platoon") and a reality show (the Special Forces Group is also removed in Penza).
Participants of the latter lose weight in front of the TV viewers, becoming a living example for them. These are not the actors, but ordinary people - housewives, managers, entrepreneurs.
The format of the army was chosen with a light-up to a strict discipline in which thin so need. As well as fascinating tests and gaming system assigning titles.
Real estimates were filmed with a serious reason for the regional project. For 5 months, the army cadets were filmed in the project series, where their workouts are covered, tips on proper nutrition and tests in which 2 teams fought. Unlike most such projects, there was no production in the "body cult". The script only gave the vector, and the plot line developed by itself. Therefore, tears, conflicts, joy from victories and sweat in training - real per 100 percent. The heroes of the project became motivators for thousands of people and, confident, for our participants, the action too.
The 13 graduates of the last call of the army looted a total of almost 280 kilograms for 5 months.
The project promotes a healthy lifestyle and safe weight loss. Its essence is that the army is prohibited to lose weight dramatically and take diuretic and fat burning drugs. Cadets are distributed through fitness centers, some do at home. They are supervised by their mentors - officers of the slimming of the previous season. The nutrition oversees a nutritionist in the respective chats. From breakdowns, the professional psychologist is insure. And the tests, competitions, monthly adventures and the rank system gives the project a particularly sharp taste.
The titles are assigned depending on the percentage of the initial discarded weight. The project finals turn out to be cadets not lower than the captain ... and fight for valuable prizes. For example, in the fourth season it was a ticket to Thailand and a plastic surgery, and a year earlier - a studio apartment.
