Michael Roman: Even before the release of the film on the screens, I knew that he would be successful. I do not know, at the audience of what age the producers were expected, but they pleased everyone: the film liked adults, children, even grandparents. And I already said that people will revise it again and again. And not only because they just want to see him again. But because there are so many humor in the picture, so many places in which you can spend your belly from laughter that the audience will have to be reviewed for the moments that they missed for the first time due to the fact that they laughed to tears.

- What events are heroes waiting in the second part of the film?
Chris Pratt: Events of the film "Guardians of the Galaxy. Part 2 "unfold about two months after the final of the first film. So in many ways it is a continuation of that story. As we know, Peter Quill accepted the title of Star Lord and now he will have to take responsibility for his team of outsiders and become the leader of this group of heroes.
Michael: And Jondo tried all his life to reopen more money and build his empire. But the real father of Starl Lord, which will appear in this film, is a threat to him. And I will not tell anything else!
- How did Peter Quill and Yondu changed in this movie?
Michael: In the second film, we wanted to show Yondu from a more serious side, tell me what he thinks and feels, to discover that in his past there are very dark and sinister things that can not do not affect him.
Chris: One of the main themes is that sometimes we are all your life we are looking for something so that in the end understand that it was all the time next to us. Quill desperately wanted to know who his father. And all my life dreamed, so that his father turned out to be someone special, very important and very cool. And because Qwill finally meets the Father - which, in turn, also searched for him, - a gigantic emptiness in his heart begins to fill out.

- And what is the relationship from Qwill with Yondu, his adoptive father?
Michael: Very complicated. Partly, they are similar to the relationship of the Father and Son, where no one wants to agree with anyone and to impose anything to anyone. At the beginning of the film in the plot, they did not see each other for several months, and therefore their relationship is very tense and contradictory, they constantly nibble. But then it becomes obvious that they are associated with deeper feelings.
Chris: In my opinion, their relationship is very interesting, especially now, when the traditional family "Mama-Dad-Child" ceased to be typical. Children are increasingly growing grades, or stepmothers, or guardians. And it has already become the norm. Quill grew in similar conditions. At nine years he lost his mother. I did not know who his father. He was raised by the head of the Space Pirates Yondu. Peter always looked at Yunda as his kidnapper, who threatened to kill him and was very harsh with him. However, in the course of the development of the plot, Quille is aware of: their relationship with Yondu is so similar to the relationship of the Father and Son, that it is even difficult to imagine who else could give him the same amount. And I hope the film will force the audience to think about really important people in their lives: who exactly invested in me all his soul? Who is the authority for me? What did I give them in return? And after such reflections go and hug this person.
- What relationship do you associate you?
Chris: We are very good friends!
Michael: And one field of berries. I especially understand this in the scene of our struggle: we fought with the same intensity and with the same expression of the face. We were a mirror reflection of each other. And, I want to note, it is always great to work with a person who is also fun, as you, who is also mad, like you, and who gets the same incredible pleasure.

- You very warmly responded about working with the director James Gann after the first film. How were things this time?
Chris: James is a surprisingly clever man who is also very good in his business. He sought to make a grand sight from this film, and we were supported in all. I love him as a friend, and he will always be my close friend. I often advise him and interested in his opinion on completely different issues. We are very good and comfortable to work with each other.
Michael: James Gunn is the best director of those with whom I had to work. He is my favorite director and a good friend. He is generally a cool guy. He is so good that I even envy him. (Laughs.)
