The face of our whole life is the same, and yet we are all different every day. In my opinion, the most important thing is the filling, what we fill our consciousness. No clothes will make a person bright and interesting if he has nothing to share with others. But there is an opportunity to dress, emphasizing your character, uniqueness, and that is how to attract your people. Clothing is your business card, so you make the first impression.
Why do not remember some people after the first acquaintance? Their image is not too expressive if you want to be bright - let your clothes talk about your character, nature and nature.
Maybe it is scary that clothes will begin to speak for you and give all the secrets. However, imagine that you will no longer need to wear a mask every time meeting with friends or new acquaintances.
For your seminar, I developed an exercise for the recognition of myself, the ability to read your appearance, and, accordingly, choose the right clothing.
Exercise is this: Take the mirror, it can be small, for example, from the faders, and look at him. Learn how your face is drawn, what lines you see, how are your eyes, nose, mouth, where the corners of the lips and eyes are directed, like an eyebrow. Describe everything you saw on paper - words, theses. The next step is to make a collage, cut out from the fashionable magazine those things that, in your opinion, repeat the lines that you saw in your own face. Rate how much you like the resulting collage, what emotions and feelings cause.
Such an exercise can open a lot of new things for you, will help take your appearance if something has not satisfied you before.
