Mom told that in childhood, two years old, I slept with a meat grinder - you know, such that was screwed to the table. I did not fall asleep without it. When the parents gave the first money, I bought myself a mixer. I was abandoned for it. After all, they gave money so that I bought my clothes to myself ...

- And when did you make your first cake?

- My path of the confection began with seven years. At this age, I baked my first cupcake. It happened on the tiny kitchen in Khrushchev, where there was only a gas oven in my disposal, where instead of a temperature controller - only a few modes indicated by the numbers "1", "2", "3". And I got it! Since then, I constantly prepared something, be it bread or pancakes. Of course, at first the dough helped me to do my mother, and after I learned myself.

- For some reason, many people think that with the artists and representatives of show business it is more difficult to work. I assure it is not. With all the relationship is very warm and trusted - and, pah-pah-pah, while everything went smoothly. As a rule, all of them are busy people, so they make an order, relying on my taste. For example, when I made a cake for Yana Rudkovskaya on the "Nutcracker" show, her wishes looked something like this: "Renat, we need something with a" Nutcracker "- speculation myself." That's the whole order. I did it to my taste - everyone was satisfied.

- You made cakes for the leading "houses-2" Buzova and Borodina, about whose whims are even joking ...

- I very quickly found a common language with them. Cake for Olga Buzova became a surprise for her - she did not see the sketch. Its only her wish concerned the color: she wanted a cake in white-red tones. Here we first applied the technology of the "Beating Heart" - this is a complex multi-level system of electrical illumination. Inside all the "hearts" there was a backlight, as well as the inside of the cake, a special pipe with electrical pipelines was mounted. The entire backlight system was controlled from the remote. And the lamps that were decorated with a festive cake - blown, from caramel.

And in the cake for Ksenia Borodina, I first used the effect of luminous colors from caramel. When Ksenia appealed to me with the order of the cake on my birthday, we decided to make a snow-white dessert with caramel flowers, and inside the stem was a small LED. - Cake for Philip Kirkorov represented a real work of art. He himself stood on a baguette, which was an exact copy of the baguette, adorning the paintings of Louis XIV in Versaille. Upstairs the cake was located a big letter "I", and in the center - a huge royal crown, which was overflowing with all the colors of emeralds from caramel and caramel diamonds. The crown was all covered with crystal rhinestones from caramel, absolutely transparent. When removing a cake in the Hall of the Crown spin around his axis, and stones with rhinestones gave fantastically beautiful light glare. Over this culinary masterpiece worked about two hundred people for a month, and the cake itself was baked a day before the event. All to a single detail Philip claimed personally. - At the moment, my biggest project is a wedding cake "Zwinger Castle." I made it for my close friends. 12 contracting organizations took part in the project! The height of the cake is 3.5 meters, the length is 7 meters, and the weight is 4 tons. Once, many years ago, I was asked if I could do something in the Baroque style. I began to browse different photos, and the first thing I saw was Zwinger. I fell in love with him and thought how to implement it. I endured this project for a year, implemented in three months. As a result, it turned out the edible layout of a white chocolate castle, inside which we placed ten huge screens that broadcast images of the bride and groom going towards each other and the video of their first dance. The cake was built into the ship-exhaust ventilation so that the monitors do not burn ...

- Renat, in the frame visible your hard character. Is it a specially invented image for a program or are you in life a strict head?

- I do not play anyone on the project: what's in life, such and on the screen. I have my own personnel management system. I do not take confectioners or designers to work, but I bet on those who are with me on the same wave, who also to culinary art. And with professional conferse, it is often more difficult to work. Therefore, I absolutely intuitively recruit the staff - ranging from the dishwashers with whom I was interviewed personally to assistants. This allows me to avoid many problems in the team.

- Interestingly, what is your son from your son?

- The son is becoming more like me every day. He constantly asks questions: "Why?" "Or" I will not leave until you tell me. " And in my character there is the same! For example, when I go to advanced training courses, if I don't understand something, I never shy with the audience to ask questions. And now, watching the son, I understand that he is the same. As for culinary art, I do not attract it to the kitchen, because the house itself is almost caught. Although I can cook, especially Uzbek pilaf.

- It is believed that the confectioners themselves are not eating ...

- I now give an interview, and next to me - three black chocolate tiles with a hazelnut. And I plan to eat them during the day. Therefore, yes, I love. But I do not eat cakes and cakes.
