You will need:

- pasta;

- Onions - 1 pc;

- carrots - 1 pc;

- Tomatoes Fresh or Canned - 2 pcs;

- garlic - 2 teeth;

- salt, pepper to taste;

- sugar - 1 h. Spoon;

- Vinegar - 1 tbsp. the spoon;

- Called parmesan - 1-2 art. spoons (optional);

- shrimps or other seafood (small octopies, squid, etc.);

- Parsley - 2-3 twigs;

- Vegetable oil for roasting - 2 tbsp. spoons.

First prepare the marinade: Finger on the vegetable oil finely chopped onions, add a crotch on a large grater carrot. When the bow becomes transparent, add tomatoes, salt, black pepper and cook for another 15 minutes. Pour 1 tablespoon of vinegar and add 1 teaspoon of sugar, remove for another 7 minutes. You can add finely chopped parsley greenery.

While marinade is stealing, lean pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package.

Raw shrimp salute (it is also desirable to take gray - not boiled), fry in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, chopped garlic and greens, until they are posed. Do not remember, otherwise they will get too dry, just a few minutes on each side.

As soon as shrimps are ready, put pasta on the dish, put the vegetable marinade with seafood on top. You can sprinkle with grated parmesan and freshly hammer black pepper.
