Music for "non-standard" children

Anonim

We talked to Olga Rostropovich, president of the Mstislav Rostropovich Foundation and the organizer of this charitable action.

- Olga Mstislavovna, how did the idea of concerts appear?

- The fact is that I lived in America for a long time - almost 40 years. And there such concerts are very common. And I wanted to introduce it into Russian culture - tell the kids with disabilities about music about music, accessible and interesting. We began to call in hospitals, orphanages, just in families and invite the guys. Unfortunately, in Russia, they do not always belong to such children, let's say, tolerant. And it should be corrected ...

We give them to spend time with their parents, with brothers and sisters who have no health problems. It is necessary to raise society: so that such kids see in the halls at exhibitions so that they simply appear on people and they did not show on them with a finger. Basically, children come with Down syndrome, there are still cerebral paralysis. The advantage of the hall in the center of the Opera singing is just that here you can travel in wheelchairs. And Sunday is a convenient day for parents.

... When the idea of concerts arose in 2009, the Moscow government gave us financing until the end of the year. And, of course, once leading Artem Vargaftik announced from the scene that "today will be the last concert" from this series. The kids and their parents were very upset, called the foundation, writing letters. Here see what they were sent to us! (From a letter of thanks to an organization that helps patients with Down syndrome, there are several dozen smiling "down". - Ed. ). How can you not continue after that? And I decided to continue concerts for your funds.

- What do young pianists and violinists feel on the stage?

- Young musicians, too, should be accustomed to the fact that they will not always play in silence with crowded halls. To be able to play in the children's audience is very important for artists. Because often, during the performance, something is very distracting: Suddenly someone lit the light, she knocked someone, or something fell ... And you need to have a very good professional, artistic hardening, so as not to react to stimuli and be in what - It's its bed. And children in the hall can sit freely, give out their reaction to the works ...

And it is interesting that there are no adults on the stage, but the peers of our guests. And suddenly someone from the audience once want to play just like that girl with a violin? ..

- Who is the program?

- I make up, given the specifics of the public. We are talking about "simple" famous composers - Beethoven, Mozart. Next time we will talk about Bach.

Children with Down Syndrome Deep Inner World. They are often talented, for example, in painting. They love music and can write something. They are wonderful, very kind and defenseless children. I watched today as they listened - sometimes just "go" to music. Kids without problems, more "normal", can be stuck in a chair, smoke, they think about something else, and these music itself takes there, where they are very comfortable and comfortable.

- How often do children's concerts pass?

- Every last Sunday of the month. The extreme meeting will be in May, and then we begin again in September. The entrance is free, the hall is designed for 330 people, and even if children come to us anymore, we will be seeded, do not doubt. Our new lead - Pavel Favim residents is a miley man. It is interesting for him: today in the story of Mozart, he added a lot from himself, and even remembered the wonderful poem of Bulat Okudzhava ...

Song about Mozartte

Bulat Okudzhava

Mozart plays on an old violin

Mozart plays, and the violin sings.

Mozart of Fatherland does not choose -

Just playing all my life.

Ah, nothing that is always known

Our fate is then Gulba, then a palfa ...

Do not leave the effort, Maestro,

Do not remove the palms from the forehead.

Somewhere at the end end

Let's say thank you and this fate

But from the sins of his motherland eternal

Do not create idols to yourself.

Ah, nothing that is always known

Our fate is then Gulba, then a palfa ...

Do not part with hope, maestro,

Do not remove the palms from the forehead.

Short years old young:

MiG - and hang out like on fires,

Red Camcol, Golden Shoes,

White wig, sleeves in lace.

Ah, nothing that is always known

Our fate is then Gulba, then a palfa ...

Do not pay attention, maestro,

Do not remove the palms from the forehead.
