You will need:

- ½ lemon, rubbed with sugar;

- a pinch of salt.

Dried fruits Soak in water or brandy. Mix your cottage cheese with eggs (use the mixer) until the homogeneous mass is obtained. From Lemon cut the zest and melted it with a blender or very finely cut. Remove the white peel, remove the bones and a blender or meat grinder. Put a lemon with two full spoons of sugar. If you like sweet cupcakes, increase the amount of sugar. Add to a bowl with cottage cheese and, continuing to interfere, float the baking powder, salt, and gradually add flour, and then finely chopped dried fruits and zest. The dough must be consistency as thick sour cream. Pour the dough into the shape for cupcakes, put the oven in advance to 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar powder, decorate with fruit or berries from jam and let cool.
