From August 28 to September 1, the II International Music Festival of Crimea Music Fest, which traditionally collects not only contestants from all over the world, but also stars of first magnitude from Russia, Ukraine, Europe and the USA. The "golden voice of Russia" Nikolay Baskov confessed in an exclusive interview, which will definitely visit "This is a significant event in the musical world."
"Last year I could only escape to the opening of the festival, and, not believe, because of the trip to Yalta, I even had to cancel one of very serious concerts," says Nikolai. - I think Pugacheva with Rotar would not understand if I suddenly decided to ignore their offer (laughs). This time, I am preparing for Crimea Music Fest in advance: no tours, concerts, meetings at the end of summer I do not plan. If not all five days, then at least three I hope at the festival to excite. "
- Who will it be tucked this time? Last year, you completely unexpectedly appeared on the red carpet with his wife Alexander Buynov - Elena, thereby causing a bunch of reassigns ...
- Peresa - this is good, it means that Nikolay Baskov is still interesting and to the public, and journalists (smiling). But with Elena, I immediately say, we are tied exclusively friendly and, perhaps, already a business relationship - it is possible that it will become my new producer. And last time on the opening of the festival, we came together with her just at the request of Sasha Buynov - he was carried away by swimming in the sea and just did not have time to come to the solemn part.
- So who will be your companion at the current Crimea Music Fest?
- Why make up? I am a free person, and before the festival for three more months (laughs).
- It is believed to be a female friend next to a man-creator. Do you agree with that?
- Absolutely! Creative people - aliens: never understand that they have been going on in the head. Today is one thing, tomorrow is another. The road of the artist is very beautiful, but at the same time complicated. Therefore, it is important that the companion understand it, did not knock down from the intended path. This is the key to success.
- Apparently, you liked the debut festival in Yalta.
- It was a stunning event! It seems to me that there were no festivals of this level in the post-Soviet space. I have no doubt that the popularity of Crimea Music Fest will grow, and grow rapidly. Worldwide.
- But even from your colleagues, there were a lot of comments to the organizers of the debut festival ...
- Not mistaken only the one who does not do anything. And any shortcomings can always be eliminated. I think that will be done.
- By the last time, Philip Kirkorov will arrive at the II Crimea Music Fest?
- Where is he going? What is the festival without Kirkorov? (After pause). Basque (laughs).
- If you are brought into the jury, you will agree?
- It seems to me that without me on Crimea Music Fest there is someone to judge (smiles). And for the contestants, I think, the main thing is to light up at such a serious festival, and not hear the opinion of yourself from the stars. Opinions after all may be different. I remember my festival youth. At one of the competitions, a member of the jury Elena Exodzova comes to me: "So, Nikolai. The middle is good, the top is not very. And terrible French! " A few minutes later, I meet the chairman of the jury - the famous Italian singer (mezzo-soprano) Fyodor Barbieri: "Very good top. The middle must be treated. But french - cool! " Imagine how I was confused? The opinions of two great singers are diametrically opposed! I confess, I just did not give them importance. I think the current youth to the opinion of the stars and does not seem to listen (laughs).
- The winner of the CRIMEA Music Fest-2011 Grand Prix Carolina Soto from Chile received a premium from the organizers of 100 thousand dollars. Will you be in her place, what would have spent money?
- Honestly? If I were a little longer than 20 and I would get such money, I think I would just stroll them. I would go somewhere, well rested, stupid. Would scare beautiful clothes, gifts for parents and friends. By the way, I did it when I earned well. And to invest money in creativity is meaningless. This is much more serious money than 100 thousand dollars. And under them to raise them only to steep producers.
- Apparently, you are a big lover to tight. At the end of last year, for example, we walked well at the wedding in Pugacheva ...
- What does it take a walk? I can say, worked, - Tamada was (smiling). Of course, I wish you young only happiness, but if Alla Borisovna suddenly cool down with Galkin, I'm following in the queue on her hand and heart (laughs).
- There is an opinion that in life you are all very easily.
- I do everything, if you can put it, selflessly, so, probably, I managed to achieve a lot. And, of course, I was very lucky in my life - I fell to learn to the outstanding singer of modern Montserrat Caballe. After all, it often happens that young people with beautiful, even outstanding voices, not finding masters on vocals and smart producers, just go with rails. And further. Today, most artists rush out of the skin, making a career and money. I sometimes ask me: here, they say, how much do you need? .. But is it important? For me, the main thing is that I and my parents are healthy, so that I have a loving public and that I can implement. That's what I am asking the Lord God. And everything else in life is things related.
- Crimean public - is it really special?
- Definitely! She is open, kind and generous - nowhere for me so colors and gifts, as in the Crimea. People come here to rest and, as a rule, leave their problems at home. It feels.
- Where do you like to relax you yourself?
- To be honest, I have your favorite islands in the Indian Ocean. But I will not call them, otherwise everyone will go there ride, and the paradise will turn into a Turkish resort.
- Do you have favorite places in the Crimea?
- Sure. Since then I visited here for the first time - on vacation in the "Artek" (schoolboy, of course). Gurzuf, Nikita (awesome garden - there is no such thing in the world!), Partenit is places that is called for the soul. On the Yalta Embankment I love to wander, however, you have to do it mostly deeply at night so that the fans do not overcome. Although after midnight in Yalta is also crowded, as well as during the day ...
