Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Government to provide flu vaccination. This measure should, by calculating the head of state, to cover at least 60% of the country's population. But can such a high indicator be achieved provided that the vaccination will remain voluntary? After all, Putin himself stressed the need for voluntary vaccination.
In fact, only powerful information processing of the country's population can be the only way to ensure voluntary vaccination. The authorities will have to use all their media opportunities for the conviction of citizens in the need for vaccination. At the same time, it is possible that in reality vaccination will be voluntarily enforced. Moreover, the experience of voluntary and forced vaccination among Russia has, and very solid.
