How to control? How to prevent? It's all too difficult ... All that we, adults, can do is be attentive to raising children. We must be not indifferent not only to your children: if we can help close and in need of this child - it should be done!
Why do adult people make such crazy actions? I just do not fit in my head, why is an adult man who has already had a negative experience of intoxication driving, again committed such a reckless act?!
I believe that in Russia should tighten the laws for such violators! The driver, which was drunk drunk, will repeat it again if necessary and will do it until something serious happens to him. And then, on this occasion, it can be seen that some does not stop and this.
And everything starts with small: you can not neglect the laws, road rules, you can not forget about security. But most of us in the car are not even fastened!
