- I agree that work on myself is a work, and we work all our life to grow personally. In my understanding, working on the body is an integral part of personal growth. It seems to me that people who hold themselves in a tone are also disciplined in all other life aspects, and I believe that discipline is more important than motivation. As for the pleasure of training, I know for sure that if my mood has not been trusted in the morning, then after training it will come to me. I know for sure that one means for raising the tone, spirit and mood I have is a sport. I am a living person, so I can assume that I will come to workout and I will not have energy for power exercises. But if this happens, I will go to the cardiography or at least, I will make a good stretching.

- What are the most effective diets or ways to lose weight you could advise. It is always relevant for girls

- There will never be anything better than setting up your food. It must be buried on his nose. Everything is very simple: if you want to lose weight, then you need a calorie deficit if you want your skin to remain in a tone, you can't forget about the proteins. If you want your skin, hair, nails did not crash after weight loss, then you need the right fats. And exercises on all muscle groups so that they are in a tone during weight loss.

- What is the most extreme sport did you do? Maybe they committed some sporting feats for themselves?

- It is difficult to name any sport that I was engaged in extreme. For someone and surfing is terribly engaged. In this period of time, I want to climb on a height or jump. As for sports feats, hitting the casting of one sports show, I realized that there are topics in which my sporting preparation specifically sends. I began to study, put for myself some "strips". At the same time, I do not do anything dangerous. I just do not feel such a desire now. I can find enough classes to cheer yourself or receive positive and pleasure from more landing and stable things.

- Do you love to visit the baths or saunas? Do you think that it is harmful to health? Many say that you can really lose weight.

- I repeat once again, you can only lose weight from the calorie deficit and no more from anything. If we continue to actively eat, while playing sports, it's not the end to go to the bath, sauna, hammam, then nothing of this can be released. I don't really like to be in the sauna for a long time, because I'm hard and boring. Bath with brooms suits me more. At least some fun.

- Are there procedures that you categorically not recognize?

- Honestly, I am not delighted with my content: it seems to me that if a person himself can work out and he has no violations in the body, then what's the point to lie and "train", without applying any effort.

- How do you feel about EMS, cavitation and myostimulation?

- I do not know what cavitation is on EMS I was once. This is a very reinforced 35-minute training, after which I could not fall asleep to 5-6 in the morning, although the occupation itself was a day. My nervous system is freight, and I reacted peculiar to this workout - she cheered me too much. But I want to pay tribute - she led to the tone of the muscle groups that are quite difficult to tighten with ordinary training. For example, those who do not know how to properly make isolation on certain muscle groups, maybe it will be useful. And yet I would once again tried, but I would have gone early in the morning.

- Tell me, how do you feel about plastic operations and other radical methods for the correction of appearance?

- I take it calmly, I did not have plastic operations. If a person feels happy after her and he will not have any complications, then why not? I think this is the choice of everyone, I never condemn anyone, but I am for the natural beauty! I want to believe that even if a person made a plastic surgery correctly, he may look natural, but it already depends on its own taste and from plastic surgeons.

- The most brave experiment with your appearance?

- Probably, it can be said that it was an experiment when I put myself a goal, a challenge, "Chelenge", as they say, lose weight by 12 kilograms, and I really did it myself without any procedures, diets developed for me, Nobody watched me, I did not have nutritionists who would call and asked: "How are you doing?" The coach was not too. It was absolutely under my control, and I did it.

- What is women's beauty for you?

- Women's beauty is the maximum naturalness, it is its own unique style, it is definitely self-confidence and a good heart.
