- What do you remember most about the shooting?
- For me, the final scene has become this moment. On the screen she goes fifteen minutes, but we shot her watches twelve. I had a monologue not that Hamlet, but, probably, all Shakespeare's heroes are ten complex text. With such terms ... such as Tetrodotoxin - poison, which was introduced by heroes. I needed a smart look to tell everything very cool. At some point I had to snatch the gun at my guard and shoot a hero. But for me, everything that is conjugate with weapons is quite scary. It seems to me that I generally shot the second time in my life.
- I heard that the series was filmed in your native Riga ...
- This is a gift of fate! And not only for me, but also for another actress of Latvian origin - Agatha Mutzing. Although there were difficult moments, because summer was roast, and I was in a leather jacket, skirt and on the hairpins. And for one scene on the seashore, I was applied, dressed, the handkerchief was tied; I waited for an hour, everything was delayed, and here declared lunch. And the whole group walked and my eyes bathed in my eyes. And I screamed them: "You are unscrupful!" I can't swim, I'm in makeup! In general, I sat like a fool and looked at this sight. (Laughs.)
The series "Diary of Dr. Zaitseva" brought Yana the first major role and subsequently considerable popularity
- You are not accustomed to difficulties. Before filming in the Diary of Dr. Zaitseva, you scored ten kilograms of weight. For a slim girl, this is a real tragedy ...
"It was my first major role, so when the agent called me and said that he would have to blow, I said:" Though to shake! ". I passed the samples on this series of whole six months, and the producers did not give me any answer - they argue or not. As a result, when they were approved, I needed to gain weight only in a month. I consulted my classmate who was engaged in sports and understands something in nutrition. Asked what to do to be visible to the cheek, ass, chest and so on. And he sent me to a sports nutrition store for cocktails for men. In the store they were asked: "And what are the parameters of your man?" I replied that it was me. The seller, of course, was surprised. As a result, I bought six kilograms of Protein and knead them three times a day. Saw these cocktails and more, as they say, did not refuse themselves.
- In the same form you returned without any problems?
- On the set of Diary of Dr. Zaitseva, I worked six days a week at twelve hours. In this mode it is easy to lose weight. Producers as they could have fed, but then the kilograms began to "leak" the kilograms, because they are not my relatives. Then I went to doctors, since the weight set was reflected in my health. Endocrinologists put me on fractional food, I ate five times a day, like infants. No sweets, rapid carbohydrates. From morning you can oatmeal or muesli, well, and then squirrels: turkey, young cheese, cottage cheese. And so, saving your pancreas, I lost weight very well. And then I could finally log in to normal sports regime and now I try on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday to be in training with my coaches. Now I am not sitting on a fractional nutrition and practically I do not restrict myself. But it is limited on the composition of products and do not eat chemistry.
- many envy not only your figure, but also luxurious hair. As you care for them, after all, it is not easy to be a blonde?
- Taking into account the subtleties of our profession, just long hair is already luxury, and painted white hair is generally impossible. And they are really suitable on the street, in the gym and ask: "How do you do it?" After the second season, the Zaitsevaya I had to stand under the boy, because the hair turned into a straw. And before the series I was painted in an economy hairdresser, since I had no money. But then I finally found my master and since then I do not change it. I am a very responsible blonde, I come to him every three or four weeks, we make care - keratin or Botox. She shamanit, talking to my hair - I do not climb into their relationship. And they really began to grow. Soon there will be a new series, where we and Mikhail Porechenkov play the main roles. And this is the first project, where my loose long white hair play along with me. (Laughs.)

- I heard that you drive in the subway. Why suddenly?
"Because in Moscow this is the only type of transport that uses you can have time everywhere." I live in the center, I absolutely do not need a car, because it has nowhere to park. I do not want to engage in technical inspection and think how to change tires. I had it all in Latvia, and I felt on the throat all such excellent concerns.
- Do Yana Krhinova have any disadvantages?
- I'm not patient. I do not know how to stand in line, wait for the order in the restaurant, it starts to shake me, because I need it all right away. But in the profession or personal life I can wait for years. I am a strategist - quietly go and wait. So this is mine plus, and my minus.
- You are unmarried girl. You, probably, from morning to night, attack fans?
- Fans are brought up and beautiful. I have a principle in life: you attract what you emit. If you are adequate yourself, then surrounding the same. I, thank God, no one podkraulizes, behave extremely worthy and delicately.

- I got married every time I was in a long relationship. But every time it seemed to me that there is still no time. And I did not understand why I need to get married if I was so with my loved one. A stamp in the passport will not change anything. What is it for what: mortgage?

- I surely need intelligence in a man. Facade in the last place. A good sense of humor flows out of good brains. And if a man can joke, the female poison immediately turns somewhere. In addition, there must be an understanding of which way of life from the actress.
- Your heart is already busy or has a chance for men?
- Men have a chance. I am now a free, independent, successful, happy woman who loved herself, makes a career and is not going to start a serious relationship. I need a sip of freedom, time for myself, so as not to think about anyone. I want to think a little about myself.
