This bunch of exercises will save you from feeling fatigue and make your legs more hardy. It is important that all exercises are simple and do not require high physical training. Perform them 3-4 approaches and after a week you will feel the result.

Stretching for legs. Put the floor face to the wall. Pull your legs and steps in the feet. For comfort, undress a pillow or blanket and sit on it. Make a tilt forward as low as possible until you feel a strong tension in hips and caviar. To pull the ligaments, first make swaying movements, then delay in a tilt position for a few seconds.
