Now, in my usual diet, I will definitely add dairy products, periodically allowing sweet. My daughter at the moment is with a grandmother and grandfather in Portugal, so soups that are so necessary for the child, I'm not ready now. My husband and I eat chicken in different kinds: stew, roast, grilled; Turkey, beef, vegetable salads with cheese, rice, buckwheat, in the morning dairy porridge or omelet. Recently, we have fallen in love with humus and Korean asparagus. And in the daily diet, Ani includes vegetables, fruits, soups and meat. She loves cheese, olives, shrimp, but fish, unfortunately, eats not all.

- And what else in your child's diet? Do you make your daughter have certain products if she does not want?

- We will never force the power of what Anya would not want. But I always take into account that the child needs to be explained that from food is really useful, correct and must be included in its diet. Otherwise, constant hysterics will arise, refuses to eat, and as a result, the child will sit down to parents on the neck - this is the psychology of children. To reduce the frequency of such problems, the child must get hungry. Do not arrange constant snacks in the form of bull and ice cream between meals. If the snack is necessary, then let it be an apple, banana or cucumber. In such a situation, children will have a sense of hunger before meals, and they will have even that product that do not really want or do not like.

But in our case, even in such situations there are hysterics and refusals. My grandmother and I developed our Lifehak: I skip through a blender, what Anya refuses, and add it a puree to the soup or mix with your favorite yogurt and fruit.

- Anya loves to do it very much. I give her some product that you can cut a children's knife, she gets big pleasure next to a small stool and helps me.

- Dishes from autumn vegetables and mushrooms, as you know, are very good to gain the long-awaited "autumn waist." Do you cook them?

- Of course, because it is impossible to forget that any vegetable and fruit should be present in the diet of any person. Their absence will noticeably affect the overall condition of the body, intestines and digestion. In vegetables and fruits, there are so many vitamins and fiber. From autumn vegetables, I can prepare a very tasty pumpkin soup and pumpkin porridge. These are low-calorie dishes. The main rule in the preparation of such a kitchen is the elimination of butter, fatty sauces with sugar. If you observe this, then any dish from the right products will be dietary.

And mushrooms in our family loves my mother-in-law in our family: it prepares under the sauce "Beshamel" or stewing with potatoes. I do not really like mushrooms, like Anya, so I myself prepance them rarely. Grandpa with us, on the contrary, love them very much, especially champignons. These mushrooms can eat raw.

From dietary dishes, I especially love the zucchini caviar with a steak of salmon and fresh vegetable salad, refilled by olive oil. In general, any dietary dish can be prepared delicious. It all depends on the quality of the product and the skills in preparation. Even a simple chicken breast or meat steak can be chopped and made very juicy, tasty and helpful.

Cooking method:

Clear and cut pumpkin and vegetables, fry in a pan with a small addition of oil. Next boil in water so that it covers vegetables, skip through a blender. I bring the resulting mixture to boil, add cream (if you cook not diet soup), let it go a little. Spices to taste. Bon Appetit!

Cottage cheese - 500 gr., Milk - 150 ml., Manka - 60 gr., 2 tablespoons of honey, dried fruits (for example, raisins or prunes) - 150 gr., Egg - 2 pcs., Pinch of salt and lemon squeeze.

Cooking method:

To begin with, the semolina must be soaked in hot milk for 25 minutes, while stirring periodically. Blender mix eggs, cottage cheese, add honey, salt. In the resulting mass add a clumsy semolina. Here to lower the washed and chopped dried fruits, the lemon zest to taste. Mix everything thoroughly and present in 10 minutes.

Then this mass is poured into a silicone or any other shape, lubricated with oil. The oven is preheated to 180 degrees, put it down before the appearance of a golden crust.
