- Alexander, on the shooting area of the film "Disassembly in Manila" many Hollywood stars gathered. What are these project interested?
- This film is the directorial debut of Mark Dakascos, known to all as an actor and master of martial arts. The pictures produced Angey Bartsak, who removed Dakascos, along with Jet Li in the film "From the cradle to the grave", Stephen Sigala in the militant "Through", Jet Lee in "Romeo should die", Duin Johnson in "Doom". The plot is simple, but in the hands of such people like Bartsak and Dakascos, the picture turned out to be very interesting. Thanks to them, the whole cohort of stars: Carey Hiroshuki Tagawa, Casper Wang Dean, Mattias Hughes. By the way, Mark became interested in this project Monica Bellucci. They are friends since they starved in the film "Brotherhood of Wolf". But by a strange reason, Monica chose all the same James Bond, whom she was offered at the same time. (Laughs.) And she was replaced by charming Tia Carrera. Also, this film is the Hollywood debut of Dmitry Duzhev, who returned to the image of the hero of militants. - Shooting took place in the Philippines or in the role of Manila was another city?
- Most of the removed in Manila and the surrounding area. I personally had never been in Asia before. And it was there that I first felt myself a real giant, around which hobbits run. (Laughs.) In fact, the Philipps are charming guys, very hardworking. In general, I must say, the Philippines is an interesting place. We lived in that part of Manila, where there are five-star hotels, but even there at the entrance to each hotel duty dirty gunners with dogs checking on bombs, on weapons, because terrorism is extremely common there. In the jungle, ten kilometers away from the place of our shooting, there were rebels. Nevertheless, the wolves fear - not to walk into the forest.
- By the way, about predators. Probably, in the jungle, they can be a real danger?
- Of course, it was not very pleasant to see snakes at a distance of an elongated arm or poisonous spiders, moving along the water. On the other hand, it was a steep adventure. But perhaps the most difficult were shooting on the Manila market. These are thousands of people, thousands of counters. As in the old films, Jackie Chan: here and there are semi-digit kids, slender dogs run, the fish, somewhere fresh, somewhere the right, spread out right on the ground ... Before filming in the Philippines I was warned by anywhere not to drink local water. And I always wore a bottle of water with me. But on the eve of filming the market, local bodybuilders invited me to dine. There was a delicious meal, but I made a mistake: I ate soup. Soup, naturally, was made on local water. And the next day, when we shot on this terrible from the point of view of the smells of the market, I could not walk. And I needed to run. And I had to run. But after each double, he searched in the trailer. This was hard. But it is to blame! (Laughs.)
- You spend parallels with the "uncontrollable" Stallone. The actors filmed in that film came to their roles and themselves with a fair fraction of self-irony. Can you laugh at yourself?
- Sure. I believe any normal person should treat him with irony, it is impossible to be too serious. Undoubtedly, I respect myself for what was able to achieve. But, of course, it's fun to look at himself in early films, when I tried to walk on Arnold Schwarzenegger, put forward the jaw forward. (Laughs.) But we are all living people.

- And Sylvester Stallone did not invite you to "uncontrollable"?
- Not. And I would not want. Because it is his brainchild and the brainchild of my idols. But I hope that someday we will definitely take it in one movie. Stallone is very warm related to Russia. And to me, that I am very pleased. He gave me a lot of advice, gives them now. He was the first person who told me that you need to show a character vulnerable, not a superhero, and then the audience will respond better to it. - We can. One hundred percent! Our team was Olivier Grüner. Before becoming a star of a movie, he was a champion of a kickboxing world. And even earlier, a special forces officer, a fighter of a foreign legion, served in Djibouti and Somalia.
