From October 28, the decision of Rospotrebnadzor comes into force, which obliging all Russians to carry masks in places of mass accumulation of people - and not only. "Persons in the territory of the Russian Federation, to ensure wearing hygienic masks to protect the respiratory authorities of the mass stay of people, in public transport, taxis, parking lots, in elevators," - the ruling published on the official Internet portal of legal information on Tuesday .

Changes that come into force on October 28 will also affect catering establishments that will have to go to a new schedule of work - from 23:00 to 6:00 the work of the institutions will be prohibited.
