Panakotta is one of the most popular desserts worldwide, originally from the Italian city of Piedmont. The process of cooking this delicacy will take no more than 40 minutes, and due to the low carbohydrate content, it will not fall heavy cargo on your waist.
Ingredients:
Cream 20% - 400 ml
Milk whole - 200 ml
Sugar - 50 gr
Gelatin - 10 gr
Mint - beam
Lemon - 1 pc.
Strawberry - For Decoration
Machine gelatin in cold water, according to the instructions on the package. Milk and cream pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil, but do not boil. We add sugar, sliced mint (cut the mint large with the branches so that it gives all the juice and aroma) and the grateful zest of one lemon. Hold on low heat for 5 minutes. Sugar must completely dissolve. It is important that the liquid does not boil!
Remove from the fire and give it under the lid of 20 minutes. Then neatly enter the gelatin in the cream, after pre-pressing excess water from it if necessary.
We wipe the mass through the fine sieve.
Spill on portion glasses or molds, then put at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Ready Panacottu can be served right in the glasses, decides the mint berries and leaves. And you can turn over to the portion plates, cover with a hot towel and after a few minutes to remove the molds.
