Separate proteins from yolks. Proteins remove into the refrigerator, and yolks rub with butter.

We lay out yolks with butter in the layer, mix, salt.

We add the remaining flour - the dough should be liquid. Without it in a warm place for approximately an hour: during this time it will rise several times, do not forget to mix it.
