Replace the mayonnaise with natural yoghurt or low-fat sour cream (and it is better to fill with linen, mustard, nutty oil lettuce), refuse the sausage and ham industrial production. The most useful delicacy is fatty fish: herring, salmon, mackerel, etc. A little lean meat and fruit will also not hurt. On the "right" festive table should be cabbage: sauer, fresh or color (if there are gases from white-baked). It is useful to eat apples, pineapples, zucchini, cucumbers. Very good if you won't sit at the table all night. After taking alcohol (if there are no problems with heart and pressure) it is best to move.
